Closest Popeyes to my location and generally been getting good service and quality…however one issue thats constantly been repeating itself is when I order strawberry pie, they just put apple pie instead and thats not the first time. At first I thought its a mistake so I ignored it, second time I gave them the benefit of the doubt…but this time I had to put it in this review.

I hadn’t had Popeyes in a couple of years and really wanted some biscuits and fries. Now I remember why I stopped eating here. The fries were too soft and not crispy. I ordered 5 biscuits and they were hard like they were add hours ago. I won’t be returning to this or any other location.

Ordered a Coleslaw and found “3 pcs” wooden pieces! It’s hard, unchewable and sharp! Was telling the duty manager and they refused the “thing” is from them as the coleslaw is from their vendor not from Popeye. All I want is just an apology and replaced/refund the salad, instead they insist the “thing” is from part of the cabbage 🤬

I had an amazing experience at Popeyes! The food was delicious, and everything was served hot and fresh. A special shoutout to Miguel, who provided excellent service and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this location for a tasty meal and great hospitality!

I'm just getting out of gilbert Mercy Hospital, not having to eat for 2 days. I thought some chicken would be a good choice. I ordered a 3 piece with a side of Cole Slaw...it was past due by 10 days! I refused to eat, not taking a chance to get sick again. Another order of shrimp was rubbery and built in spicy. Such a disappointment! I don't have the time to return as I'll never stop at a Popeyes again.

There was a worker by the name of Monica who went above and beyond to help fix my order even when I messed it up, she had no business helping me but did and showed amazing customer service. I’m not sure if she is a manager or not but she needs to be running the location with how amazing she is! Food was amazing and I would highly recommend this location to everyone.
I normally wouldn't want to roast a place so badly in these hard times but this place is beyond bad and unsanitary. They've always been slow and are usually out of ice or soda selections....but the last 2 visits really warrant this review. I was dining there 2 weeks ago and legit saw a giant rat run across the floor from under the soda machine and leave rat feces on the ground. I told the staff and the cashier was startled and told her manager and the manager did absolutely nothing about it... I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try again last night...thinking that it could happen anywhere and surely they'd clean things up. Last night I waited over 30 minutes for my food and was able to watch the staff while waiting...I saw a worker making people's sandwiches by grabbing the meat with his bare hands right out of the tray...no tongs, and placing it in the buns also bare handed... utterly disgusting for whoever had to eat that . Then as they were out of diet coke as usual, I asked for them to serve my drink from the counter. After my long wait, my order was wrong and I received a warm soda with zero ice in the cup. When I asked for Ice I was told to get it myself at the machine but of course the cup was filled to the brim with warm soda. At that point I didn't bother telling them my order was wrong. This place is VERY unsanitary and the service is beyond bad. I hope the health dept pays them a visit.
