I don’t believe they should get more than one star… I went there yesterday because I was looking forward to having chicken for dinner my only meal for the day.
Before ordering I asked if the chicken was fresh and the person said maybe about 10 minutes old so I ordered.
Please believe the reviews when I got home and saw it was dark brown and indication of fried refried reheated. I was so mad because it tasted like old oil, dry hard … I only ate the one piece because this was suppose to be my one meal. If I would have read the reviews I would have gone straight home. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT THERE AGAIN. You might as well throw your money out the window. I’m going tomorrow to return their over cooked chicken. In my pic you can see under the coating is brown…overcooked old!

I got the popcorn shrimp meal and recieved maybe a handful of shrimp Def not a 1/4 lb!!! And I was on my lunch break so I couldn't even go back! Like literally 9 pieces of popcorn shrimp if that!!

I love their chicken but this location has THE WORST STAFF. I order 4 chicken sandwiches in the drive thru, then waited 40 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. I get to the window, pay, then they tell me the chicken isn’t ready, they need to drop it in the fryer, and I need to park and wait. WHAT WERE YOU DOING FOR LAST 40 MINUTES IF NOT MAKING MY ORDER?!!! On top of that, Monica, the manager on duty, could not or would not provide me a receipt for my order saying her machine was broken. After parking, I waited an additional 20 minutes inside the store until I finally got my order AN HOUR LATER.

I don't know what happened. We got in the line and everyone just turned their cars off because that's how long we've been waiting. The car in front of us says baby on board but that baby's going to be a teenager by the time we get our food and it'll probably be rancid or mummified or some other level of preservation. I'm absolutely astonished that I've waited this long in line. I'm in a four-wheel drive car. I'm thinking about jumping the curb driving across the desert running over Bushes just to get out of here.
I'm currently wondering what's going on. I feel like I'm in a circle from Milton's Paradise Lost not the bottom rung of hell. But the hell that you get stuck in for doing something you didn't know was bad and they've stuck you in the Drive-Thru of Paradise Popeyes.

I started to look off to the right and I saw what happened to the people that were before me. I'm absolutely astonished that they died from exposure here in the desert with no food. No water stuck in this line. It is clearly the thing of nightmares. I can't be positive but if I look closely at the skeletons on the side I can see I bite marks on the bones which means people resorted to cannibalism as they were waiting in line here at Popeyes. And my God, I can't believe it. They're eating the cats. They're eating the dogs. They're eating the pets of the people who live here.

My son who is sitting next to me in the car becoming unglued to the point where I think he's going to make a break for it. I don't know if he'll make it to the end of Pecos and not die from exposure, but there's a good chance for it. I won't have to pay tuition at ASU.

I can see that people are so desperate to eat the food. They've started to sell their plasma while sitting here in the Drive-Thru. It's a truly awful thing to see.

Obviously I forgot or I wasn't told that this is now a sit-down restaurant that you can drive through and that you have to wait up to 25 to 50 minutes for your food.

But it all became very clear after we got our food. Oh my God, they're owned by a private equity firm. Everything makes sense now because they ruin everything.

The restaurant was nice and clean and the food was good but I don't believe they had white meat chicken. The woman that waited on us was extremely busy and really backed up but you can tell that she never missed a beat and she kept a good pace.

Horrible service waited 40 minutes for two spicy chicken sandwiches and they messed it up. And there was three of them just talking in the back messing around not paying attention to the huge line they have. I ordered food at 11:25. And I didn’t receive it until 1206. And there’s only one person ahead of me horrible

Drive thru order is all wrong !! ordered 3 piece all dark and received 3 piece mix, drink was tea UNSWEETEN, received sweet tea. receipt not legible for a phone number. Check the website and the phone number is for a Fax machine. So will NOT go back to this store #1795 again. Terrible, just inexcusable.

A couple nights ago I had a mishaps with my order…but this evening the manager Kimberly made things right! I am sooo appreciative of her customer service. I am already a regular customer and will always be because of the convenience of the location for me. Very pleased with the service and food!
