Was going to go in to order but saw the manager freak out on a customer waiting on food, and eventually called the cops on said customer. Decided I’ll just order online this time. The woman freaking out had curly black hair and glasses, and had a grey shirt but I didn’t see her name tag as I was watching this all unfold through the windows.

Something needs to be done about this location. We have consistently received poor service but tonight was the last straw. We stop here because it’s very close to our house. My son went to get food for himself, his brother and my husband. The woman who was in the drive through lane was slurring and mumbling and he could barely understand her. Once he gave his order, she went on to give him his total but he wasn’t done ordering. He then tried to get her back to the speaker to complete the order and there was silence for several minutes. He said “ hello?” Then she said she was waiting for his order. Why couldn’t she acknowledge him? Then he went to the window and tried to pay with a gift card and she very rudely told him they don’t take gift cards? What? So then he barely had enough money and she wouldn’t let him partially pay with ApplePay. The rudeness and lack of care for customers at this location is unbelievable. This franchise owner needs to get it together. I do not recommend.

First and last time visiting this location. Placing my drive-through order was ridiculous as I constantly had to ask the employee to repeat herself because of her slurring. After correcting her several times to get my order correct, I arrived home to find that half of my order was not right. I called the store and was asked to provide my order number and a good call-back number. I never received a follow-up call and will never visit any Popeyes establishment again. In all fairness, my roommate says that the Gilbert Road location gives outstanding service, so that might be a suitable alternative...

I was in the drive-thru and they forgot my drink and the cashier was on the cell phone texting. I believe that if your help customer you should put your phone in your pocket and wait to break to answer your texts.
