My colleague and I went to Popeyes at 6:45PM, hoping to get that amazing chicken that we dearly love. We arrived to find four customers in front of us. One of them had not even placed their order and after 10 minutes the clerk acknowledged that people wanted to place their order. My colleague and I committed to waiting it out and after 15 minutes we were able to place our order as online and drive-through orders were handled first. In placing our order, we wanted Cajun rice, which is on the menu, but they didn’t have it. We also wanted some honey for our biscuit, but they didn’t have it. I wanted sweet tea to drink, but it was out. I opted for Sprite, but the carbonation was out. After letting the manager know, the sweet tea was out and the carbonation was out of the soda machine. She came to get the tea container to make more tea. At most Popeyes, they have a second container in the back that is filling up so they only have to swap out the container, but they had not done that at this location. She did nothing to resolve the issue with the soda machine. After finishing my entire meal, I went back to ask for some sweet tea, which still was not complete. One sip of the tea and it was a clear indicator that it had not been properly prepared.
The chicken we had tasted great, but the wings were very small. My partner enjoyed the jalapeños and I enjoyed my red beans and rice.
The food is pretty consistently good at Popeyes. From this visit, it is quite evident that this location is not prepared for people to come to enjoy the great Popeyes chicken. Store leadership needs to look at this crew and see what they can do to help them be successful going forward.

The manager on duty today was so funny and amazing. Very fast and efficient, knew what she was doing, but also very personable and fun with customers. I appreciate the giggles and nice atmosphere. The new limited food they have right now is nice too :)

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Andraya (or Andrea, not sure on spelling)! She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Even when I made a mistake with my order, she handled it with ease and kindness, getting me exactly what I wanted without any issue. She kept a smile on her face the entire time, was incredibly pleasant, and even took a moment to compliment my dog; which completely turned my day around. Andraya also recommended joining the Popeyes Rewards app for easier ordering next time, which was such a helpful tip.

As someone who currently works in food service management, I can say her level of customer service truly stands out. She made me feel valued, and because of her, I’m excited to come back again and again. Popeyes is lucky to have her!

The Popeyes on Higley/baseline charges way more than they use to I go to the one on Crimson now for chicken breast and a biscuit . Was way less and their service is awesome!

I waited in the drive thru line for about 30 minutes tonight. When I got to the window, no apology, not even a greeting, because she was taking an order while she took my debit card. We got home and instead of the 3 piece chicken tender meals we’d ordered, we had 3 piece fried chicken meals. And these pieces of fried chicken must have come from a dwarf chicken because I have never seen thighs or drumsticks that small. In my container of fries was a one inch cube of … fried breading? I honestly have no idea what it is or was.

Absolutely horrible experience this evening. Had to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru line then when they gave me my food they forgot 2 out of the 3 meals. Got the one order that was in the bag wrong. Worst fast food experience of my life.

Came in at 400, no chicken! After waiting 40 minutes got the wrong order. The cashier argued with me and kept telling its not my fault....she definitely needs to be retrained. The cashier actually told me to take my chicken and leave...only problem, still didn't have my chicken. Service is pitiful! If possible go to another location.

I am so disappointed with how this location changed for the worst. It's very clear that this location rolled in an almost completely new crew as I no longer see most of the regular people who would take my order. Now, instead of having small talk with the nice workers while I wait for my order to be made, I am met with passive aggressiveness and at times, hostility. The food has never been that great but it has been worse since the seemingly new changes have been made. It's hard to ignore.

The food is constantly stail, the wait times are absurd, and the manager, Andraya(?), is completely rude and un-inviting. I have only come here 3 times upon meeting Andraya, and those 3 will be my last. She acts very short with the customers, gets upset easily, and she even cursed at her employee for messing someone's order up from their drive through. I'm not sure what happened to the rest of the old members of this location, but their hospitality and willingness to help out was what kept me at this location. I no longer get a fraction of that here, so it goes without saying that I will not be returning. Management is even poorer than before and very rude. You can't be rude and have a lackluster staff while also having mediocre food. I do not recommend, I will be sticking to any other location aside from this one.

Andraya was absolutely wonderful and incredibly thorough when taking our order. She was very attentive and friendly. Despite having a large order, it came out in a timely manor, and Andraya made sure to keep us posted on our order while it was being made.

I came through the drive thru and no one would assist me and I was on my lunch for work and wanted to get something to eat. It was about 9:38am and I couldn’t help the time my lunch was given but I was not assisted. Just drove away. Was late going back to work, because I had to eat somewhere else. Poor customer Service.

I came to this Popeyes almost every other week and it used to be great. I came this morning and the food was awful as the customer service. Food was hard. My red beans tasted spoiled. Store looks disgusting and I just wouldn’t come back.

I would say the worker Andraya is very very nice and a really hard worker the recommendation she made for supper was really good the chicken wings they have a very good sauce on them it was a honey something sauce they recommended I don't remember exactly what the name of the sauce was but it was really good kind of sticky but good my nieces can be picky they like them and then I would recommend is wet wipes would be nice LOL turn over all the store was really nice and the staff is really friendly go check this place out

Every time you go to this location, there is a 50/50 chance that you actually get what you order. Most of the time they get it wrong, and sometimes when they do get it right the food might be overcooked and hard. It is far and few between when they get the order correct and the food is cooked right. There are better locations out there, this one always falls short though. I’ve decided to never come to this location again because they get my order wrong more times than they get it right.

This was my very first time at this Popeyes, and it will definitely be my last. The manager, Andraya, was incredibly unprofessional from the start. Her attitude was completely off — instead of being helpful or welcoming, she was rude and dismissive.

At one point, she even got mad at me simply because she couldn’t understand what I was saying. Instead of politely asking me to repeat myself, she acted frustrated, like it was my fault for trying to place an order. That’s not how a manager should treat a paying customer.

On top of that, she smelled strongly of weed, which is completely unacceptable for someone working in a restaurant, let alone managing it. The whole place felt chaotic and disorganized under her so-called “leadership.”

If this is the type of person Popeyes puts in charge, it explains a lot. I expected better, but this was by far one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. Corporate really needs to look into who they’re allowing to run this location.
