I went to popeyes on Higley rd and ordered the 8pc family meal that came with one large side and 4 biscuits. I also ordered a side of red beans and rice. The chicken was overcooked and the large mac and cheese was only half filled, like someone had eaten half of it. Thus has never happened before. I frequent this location often and will definitely look at my food before I leave next time. The young man at the register was very polite and friendly.

The food was really good and fresh. We did have to wait 15mins in the parking lot with several others for more chicken to be made at lunch rush hour. Service was average and is consistent with other Popeyes.

I went there a week ago. I ordered the 16 pieces family meal because I wanted 3 sides. When I got home I noticed that I didn't get one of the sides, I called and I was told that I could go pick it up. I went today to get it and the lady ( Kaley) treated me like I was trying to get free food. She actually told me that I was getting free fries. I paid for them. I am never going back there

We never got all of the food we ordered and paid for. After we got home and opened the bag half the wings were missing. We couldn't call because the number was disconnected. We drove back and brought the picture of the food. Nothing was originally labeled, so it was hard to figure it all out, but we still didn't have all of the wings. The manager, who originally handed us the food, questioned the order, and we gave proof and evidence of what we ordered and received. There was no apology or anything. It was truly irritating. The wings were small and for the price not worth it. We have always been a fan of Popeyes but this whole experience put a bad taste on.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Idk who is stupider, me or the workers. Probably me bc I keep coming back expecting a different result than the last, giving them benefit of the doubt, only to be disappointed yet again. Workers are lazy, take their breaks when it’s rush hour, NO QUALITY CONTROL, no customer service, no one looks like they’re alive, pretty much depressed. Chicken is like a rubber shoe and they barely give you any portions of what you order. There def needs to be a turn around at this spot. This generation sucks at work ethic and awareness.

The two fish sandwiches and the six wings we ordered were over-cooked and hard. We did not try the two chicken sandwiches that we ordered. The food was prepared so badly that we had to throw it in the trash. We were told by the female employee that multiple dipping sauces were placed in the bag, but we were disappointed to learn that no dipping sauce was provided for us. I called the store to complain. I asked to speak to the manager and was informed that the manager was not in the store, and I was speaking to the female who was in charge of the store in the manager's absence. She seemed disinterested in what I had to say. I told her that I was going to provide a poor review of her and the food and she responded, "That is up to you." I then informed her that I would never return to that store, and that I would inform everyone in the surrounding communities of the inedible food and poor customer service attitude from that store. She seemed upset that I would provide a negative review of her and the food. This was easily the worst experience I have ever had at a fast-food establishment!

*** Raw Food Warning**These guys mess up your order consistently. I asked for dark meat and they rang up two breasts and two wings. I told the curly haired guy with braces at the window that he rang it up as breasts and wings and it should be legs and thighs. He said that he would fix it, but when he handed me the bag I knew he didn't fix it because he looked at me all shady when he handed it to me. When I got home and opened the box, there were 2 breasts and 2 wings. What a scumbag, lying to my face like that.Also, the chicken was undercooked...Tried to call the restaurant, but no one picked up, and it rang until I got a busy tone.Guess I won't be going back here.Time was 2/18/24 approx 5:50 PM.
