This is a perfect place to bring colleagues for a relaxed lunch meeting.
Never thought I will get a cold sandwich in this potbelly location. My sandwich was sitting outside like for 10 min after it got out of toaster. Then they asked me what toppings I want.

That’s a rip off they charge me $6.99 for a cup of tuna
Poor customer service!
Lady in the front with the purple hair was pretty rude. Asked for extra capicola but there's barely any meat on the sandwich.

HORRIBLE! Went with 5 people it was our first time for 3 of us. Only 2 out of 5 sandwiches were correct. They even gave us a free sandwich since they kept messing up, however we come home and discover not even the free one was made right. One of the workers had really bad attitude almost as bad as her sandwich making skills. 1st time there and last for sure. Any other sandwich place knows how to follow instructions and make a sandwich. Only getting 2 out of 5 right is diabolical.

Slow service. Counter help is now 10 minutes into not acknowledging the people at the counter (we are third in line) as they make drive through sandwiches. Good food but the wait time is horrendous. Still third in line as 8 finish this review. Good thing no one has walked in behind us in the past twenty minutes.
For 5 dollars I was hoping the already small container of Mac and cheese would be more than half full.
The wreck sandwich I ordered was a big disappointment. It is true it had 4 different slices of paper-thin meats on it along with the chosen toppings, which consisted of some lettuce, half a tomato slice a sliver or ring of onion and a pickle slice that you could see through. I think i had a multigrain deli mustard sandwich as that is all I tasted.

I was in line with five other cars and the person ordering took so long that all four cars reversed and left. I went to Firehouse down the street, much better decision
My order was wrong. My sandwich was messy. 4 people working behind the counter and no one can get it together. Cashiers handling food without washing hands after handling register.

I've been waiting 23 years to come back to this place. Staff could tell I was excited and took care of me just before closing. Food was exactly like I remember it. Deliciousness!!!

If you have nowhere to be, then this is a great place. But if you’re looking for a lunch break spot, this won’t be it. The staff was so extremely slow and took so incredibly long to help the 4 people in front of me. At 12:25 I waited 15 minutes behind these people and watched them order and wait to pay. The staff was not friendly, barely had the attention span to take my order let alone be friendly while doing it. Highly recommend going anywhere else, this area has many lunch spots, I’m sure I could have been better off elsewhere.

Pot pie soup was very good and I am obsessed with their chocolate brownie cookie. However, I do agree with other reviews that the sandwiches are just okay. I was very surprised and how little was on the sandwich…
