While the service was decent, after I had I arrived home and I started eating I realized that my bacon was hardly cooked, while I understand some places get pre packaged and I’m not aware if this place does the bacon still looks under cooked. I can’t give a 1 star because the other sandwich we had ordered was good. As for this one, it decently tanked the food score.

The consistency of the food and thoughtful service used to be something that me and my family would look forward to driving in from far out of town.

My order was made wrong (in more than ways than one) so I called and asked for one of our sandwich’s to just be remade and we’d move on. I was offered a side of ingredients to then rebuild the food in the car on the highway. We spent a fair amount and tip a fair amount. So we agreed on the remake and we came back through.

The second try was even worse than the initial attempt (wet? Missing more ingredients?) and I even gave them back the first one, apologized, and had to assert that I was not trying to harsh their vibe, which was palpably bad. I got the window and drove around to discover attempt number two was unacceptable. The response from the staff was smirking, mocking, laughing “ooOooOoh yeah?”

In the end our requested refund was never processed by the manager (hot topic) who hid while the kids she’s supposed to be managing played in our faces.

We got to hit the highway back home with overpriced slop so you won! Congratulations.

They heat soups in plastic bags to avoid cleaning utensils. Ordered 2 pick your pairs and kids meal. They charged me for kids meal even though it was a free kids meal weekend. I asked for hot pepper mix and they added like 3x than usual. Veggie Melt had barely noticeable cheese and both sandwiches were over cooked. Seattle downtown location is much better and just poor service and food quality here. Also they heat soup in plastic bags.

This is a perfect place to bring colleagues for a relaxed lunch meeting.

Never thought I will get a cold sandwich in this potbelly location. My sandwich was sitting outside like for 10 min after it got out of toaster. Then they asked me what toppings I want.

Poor customer service!

Lady in the front with the purple hair was pretty rude. Asked for extra capicola but there's barely any meat on the sandwich.

HORRIBLE! Went with 5 people it was our first time for 3 of us. Only 2 out of 5 sandwiches were correct. They even gave us a free sandwich since they kept messing up, however we come home and discover not even the free one was made right. One of the workers had really bad attitude almost as bad as her sandwich making skills. 1st time there and last for sure. Any other sandwich place knows how to follow instructions and make a sandwich. Only getting 2 out of 5 right is diabolical.

Slow service. Counter help is now 10 minutes into not acknowledging the people at the counter (we are third in line) as they make drive through sandwiches. Good food but the wait time is horrendous. Still third in line as 8 finish this review. Good thing no one has walked in behind us in the past twenty minutes.

For 5 dollars I was hoping the already small container of Mac and cheese would be more than half full.

The wreck sandwich I ordered was a big disappointment. It is true it had 4 different slices of paper-thin meats on it along with the chosen toppings, which consisted of some lettuce, half a tomato slice a sliver or ring of onion and a pickle slice that you could see through. I think i had a multigrain deli mustard sandwich as that is all I tasted.
