I've been waiting 23 years to come back to this place. Staff could tell I was excited and took care of me just before closing. Food was exactly like I remember it. Deliciousness!!!

If you have nowhere to be, then this is a great place. But if you’re looking for a lunch break spot, this won’t be it. The staff was so extremely slow and took so incredibly long to help the 4 people in front of me. At 12:25 I waited 15 minutes behind these people and watched them order and wait to pay. The staff was not friendly, barely had the attention span to take my order let alone be friendly while doing it. Highly recommend going anywhere else, this area has many lunch spots, I’m sure I could have been better off elsewhere.

Took 15-20mins to get 3 small sandwiches. Order 3 basic sandwiches and 2/3 of them were made incorrectly. Not sure why listening to the question you asked is that difficult. Went back to have them put mayo on one sandwich, returned to my table and played where's waldo with my mayo. I will not return to this place. I tried to address the concerns while there and yet they still fauled, miserably.

Their card reader for in store dinning FORCES you to leave a tip. I kept pressing the "no tip" button and it wouldn't work, I had to click to leave a 10% tip and the employee watched this happened and didn't express thanks for the tip which other places do when they're not forcing it on you. That's exactly why he didn't thank for the tip. He saw me clicking the no tip button multiple times before I had to hit the tip option to be able to pay.

Wow, I was really looking forward to trying this place, but after reading all the bad reviews.. I think I'll go to subway lol... No but seriously..the reviews made me change my mind..from the skimpy servings for the price, all the way to the customer service... I'll think I'll save my money... thanks people for your honest reviews, saved me from waiting money ?
Thank you for bogo tax day deal but trying to kill my friend & I will by putting HUGE handful, over dozen plus of hot peppers on each sandwich isn't very kind. Order here alot & have never had this problem before but definitely spoiled the meal.

Ordered an Avocado -turkey sandwich. It was very bland and you would think for $13.29 you would actually be able to taste the avocado. There was the smallest bit of avocado in it. I had to dig through the sandwich to see if there was even any avocado on it.

I have usually had a pretty good experience at Potbelly. This particular visit I had found some plastic baked into my sandwich which really freaked me out. They said it was from the ham packaging. I returned it and they made another and offered me a free drink for my troubles which I declined because I felt like I should have been offered something other than just a fountain drink. I don't think I will be returning. Anyway, make sure you are checking over your food guys!

Standing in the store right now. 2 decent size catering orders got mixed up and now both parties are at least 30 minutes late to their engagements. Stores answer was to spend 15 minutes trying to call the person who took the wrong order rather than just make it right. It’s a shame, I love potbelly’s and won’t give up on them as a whole, but I will not be visiting this location again
