I am sharing my opinion and experience from today, 5/15/25.
While the food was satisfactory, the service from our waitress was lacking, resulting in a 1-star rating.
She did not check on us during our meal, despite passing our table frequently. It was the young lady who brought our food who exhibited more attentiveness.
However, after my last bite, our waitress immediately presented the check without asking if we wanted anything else. I had intended to order coffee and two more meals to go but decided not to due to the poor service.
I hesitate to mention this, but as the only person of color dining at the time, I can not help but wonder if this played a role in the poor service we received, others expressed the same concerns reading the reviews. It is my sincere hope that this was simply a case of a negligent waitress..

Amazing rotating selection of pastries. Highly recommend whatever scone of the day they have and the brown butter chocolate chip cookie! Also the breakfast is AMAZING. Scrambles are a go to for us. Love this place.

Love coming here for brunch because the food is super delicious, great vibe, and most importantly dog friendly! The monte cristo is out of this world delicious! Zero wait for being sat down even on a Saturday during the height of brunch time. Great service!! Highly recommend.
Duck duck......no goose. Get that skillet folks, great water fowl, cranberries & potatoes are also on it. Pastries are wowza Capt. Mowza! The tarbenders are always pleasant and accommodating!! Multi flavored champain's.......Yes preeze!!

Definitely overpriced for the quantity of food you receive. Average service, nothing above and beyond. Not all the staff are professionally dressed or manicured for work. There are many other places that provide better service, food- quality and quantity - for about the same price.
