Gave 5 stars because the staff are very friendly! Couple of things I want to mention. If you want a chicken sandwich on the app you have to order a burger and sub chicken. I recommend they make it less confusing and more convenient for customers and offer a chicken sandwich on the menu. Secondly, the inside of the establishment is always clean and inviting, BUT the doors to the entrance are so loud and squeaky when you open them and they slam shut after allergy customer (at the Gilbert location). This ruins the atmosphere and is why I don’t stay and order in anymore. They have healthier options which is refreshing. Sometimes they skimp on ingredients, like when I order a salad and say no to avocado, I still expect it to be a full salad as I am shelling out $20 for it but sometimes it’s not. It’s hit or miss. I just ask that the chefs be more mindful and maybe add a little more lettuce or other ingredients I purposefully paid extra for if I forego another ingredient. This is just common sense. So just a few things need to be addressed, but overall a better option for food and the staff is awesome!

It was my first visit to PH and it did not disappoint! The regular burger w/brioche bun was really good! Next time I want to try the bowls. Jenna T. was at the counter and was extremely helpful answering my questions and telling me about some of her favorite food items. Super nice and great service! They are lucky to have her Jenna :)

The food is either hit or miss. Some days it’s really good but I’ve had my food overcooked and completely burnt many times or sauces forget about. If you buy the meal prep definitely weigh it because they are skimping on the protein quite a bit. For the price being paid I would expect my meal prep to be correct and my food not burnt most days.

They used to have a delicious ceaser dressing. I just received a flavorless mayo in replace if it, is so gross, has no ceaser flavor, such a bummer, used to order this at least once a week. Will not be back.

I love this place. I normally dash it but went into the Gilbert location one time to pick up my food. Everyone was ripped. The manager, the cook staff, the chick who checked me out and the customers, all fit asf. I get the bison wrap and it’s consistently good every time!

Food tastes absolutely amazing and doesn’t leave me feeling like crap afterwards. If I’m going to go buy food somewhere, this has become my go to place. Delicious and healthy don’t usually go together but this place has nailed it!
I’ve given PH chance after chance and honestly the portions are too small for the price and the wait is HORRID.

They up-charge without telling you. The menu said my meal came with a side. But there was no indication that if I chose a side of pancakes it would be $4 extra.
The cashier didn’t say anything about it when she asked what side I wanted either.
Really obnoxious to pay $8 extra for two meals.The food is good if you want high protein but I feel like I got kind of scammed so wouldn’t recommend. Very pricey
