Gave 5 stars because the staff are very friendly! Couple of things I want to mention. If you want a chicken sandwich on the app you have to order a burger and sub chicken. I recommend they make it less confusing and more convenient for customers and offer a chicken sandwich on the menu. It was my first visit to PH and it did not disappoint! The regular burger w/brioche bun was really good! Next time I want to try the bowls. Jenna T. was at the counter and was extremely helpful answering my questions and telling me about some of her favorite food items. Super nice and great service! They are lucky to have her Jenna :)
The food is either hit or miss. Some days it’s really good but I’ve had my food overcooked and completely burnt many times or sauces forget about. If you buy the meal prep definitely weigh it because they are skimping on the protein quite a bit. For the price being paid I would expect my meal prep to be correct and my food not burnt most days.
