Both the line cook and the manager were extremely professional and friendly. Backed up due to a larger online order before me but addressed the issue and got me my food quickly.

What’s the purpose of ordering online ahead of time, if I drive there and 5 people walk in and get there orders 1st. Took 30 minutes from my order to get my food. It wasn't just me there were 3 others frustrated and waiting.

The kids were polite and doing their best, just maybe help with better prioritizing.

The food was bland and no no no no seasoning!!! The gaugmole tasted just like avocado. No onion, cilantro lime juice and NO salt or pepper!!

Get a chicken burrito. Manager was helping. He was very nice, friendly, and personable. Food was good, service was fast and friendly. Not complaints.

If you must know, I mentioned to the person behind the counter that they were spilling guacamole into the other food containers when they were making the bowl for my wife and he acted like he didn't give a shit. He didn't even attempt to clean up his mess after I mentioned it. We sat in your store after we got our food and I watched him. He never made an attempt to clean it up. It was a heavy set white kid that helped us and he didn't care. I would have given you a higher rating but not after that. I will post a photo of my bank statement so that way you know which employee it was. It was in the afternoon after 2pm.

Management here is awesome! So happy we don’t have to go to chipotle anymore. The food is just as fresh and a way better value at Qdoba. We are always treated with respect and warmly greeted when we arrive. Today, I forgot to purchase a drink with my to go order and was fully willing to buy it at the counter, but they threw it in for free! It’s a small gesture on their part, but it makes a big difference on the customer side!

I came in around 9 last night when they closed at 10. Most places would be annoyed to come in closer to closing time, however Zach was so sweet and so accommodating! Food was also very fresh and filling. Shout out to Zach.
