Never seen a chicken restaurant that didn't have bbq sauce just their own nasty house sauce for chicken with no flavor 😔

I was having an emotional day due to my father sitting in prison an innocent man and I was trying to hold back my tears while in the drive thru of this place but as soon as my dad's favorite song started playing the tears started pouring down my face. Not only were the customers behind me patient and compassionate but the young lady who was working the drive thru was 1000% awesome. She was very patient with me, didn't judge me or put me on blast by asking me if I was ok, she gave me a big genuine smile and she reminded me that everything would be ok. This whole experience turned a sad day into a great day. Thank you whoever the young lady was. I think she has blonde or brown hair works in late morning or early afternoon.

Came here in the evening of Oct 6 2025 and maybe this was the best canes I have had in my ENTIRE life. Salty and crispy fries, tender chicken, etc. like actually just REEEEEEEALLY good. Kind and friendly cashier and everything. Oh man. Truly fantastic

This was my first time to this location. I came here at 12:00am. When I got to the window to pay for my food the cashier (Zachary) told me right away there may be a wait as they are currently training a new hire. I like that he was up front about the wait time and I also like that he even talked to me a few times while I was waiting which made the time pass by faster. As far as the food goes, it was great as per the usual when I stop in at a Cane's. Honestly though never let this cashier go, he seems like one of the good ones.

Very tasty chicken strips.

Chicken Fingers are a blessing fries are okay but what really takes the win is the bread and the CANES SAUCE!!! The sauce is so good I would drink a gallon of it!
