They messed up my order three times :/

I ordered 4 full box combo’s with extra toast and extra sauce on the side.
they gave me 3 box combo’s and then a box combo box with only a single piece of toast and a single piece of sauce.

The 2nd time I ordered I got a refund from grub hub and ordered just one box combo for myself and it took 2 hrs to deliver. Not only was there only 3 pieces of chicken but my extra sauce and extra toast were replaced with just a bunch of fries.

The third time I ordered it was a 6 piece for my friends and praying they would get it right I reordered the extra stuff on the side and they gave me 4 pieces of chicken and nothing extra on the side.

Three times to get it right and they still messed up.

The food here is GREAT and it would be a perfect five star review if it wasn’t so SLOW!! Any other Cane’s can get things done fast but this one for some reason is SO SLOW with making orders and taking orders!

Yes we all know the chicken tenders are smaller to save money/product but they are still losing money on the salt!
Fries were super salty!!!

Nice & friendly people they get you in an out of there pretty quick keep up the good work guys!definitely recommend this Canes food is always HOT, the place is always clean no matter where what time of day, the staff always seems to have a smile on there face. 10/10

Could not believe how small the chicken fingers are now. And even though it was so busy, the fries were cold and limp. Just not like it used to be. Definitely not worth the cost and will not be going back.

I came in on a Saturday morning, luckily before the lines got long 😆, and had such an amazing experience at a Drive-Thru!!! Raising Canes is know for their scrumptious food and I have to say they their service is the paragon of what a great experience should be. Thank you, Ace, for making my visit a special one for my family.

I order curbside because I had a recent injury. Places my order at 7:39 with a pickup time of 7:44. I arrived at 7:50 pressed I'm here a few times in the email and was sent to the screen with pickup instructions.

Park in a "Curbside Parking" spot

• Wait in your car

• We will bring your order to you

Except, no one ever came. I sat for 15 minutes before I went in and everything was sitting on the counter ready and barely warm anymore.

The girl who helped me just said, it hasn't been working all day. I'm sorry but if you know it's not working you should be more cognizant of the pickup spaces outside or turn off curbside ordering. You already have drive thru pick up disabled so that's not an option either.

Everywhere now has such shit service it's an absolute joke.
