I went to raising canes near my home 2370 S Val Vista DrGilbert, AZ 85295 they forgot my 2 toast and 2 sauces called and the shift manager hunter basically accused me of lying… definitely filing a better business bureau complaint and will never return to that location the night crew is terrible and always messing up

Third time I've sat in the parking lot for over 10 minutes and nobody's bothered to bring my food out to me for curbside pick up. It's worse when an employee delivers food to other people that got there after me and didn't even bother to see if there was another pick up order or ask me if I have been helped. I'm clearly sitting in a spot marked for curbside pick up in a big truck so im not easy to miss. I'm just so tired of people not doing their job or having consideration for others. Maybe I expect too much of people doing a job my dog could do.

I don't get it. My kid loves this place. For me, it is good, not great. I feel like there is better fried chicken out there. Very trendy. Kids love it. The service is always great, and the price is reasonable.

The chicken fingers are good and their proprietary sauce goes well with them. I only used the drive through. There was someone with a tablet taking orders and collecting payment. Not sure that improved anything and it doesn't seem workable when it gets hot. Otherwise it's a typical fast food restaurant and I appreciate the convenience and the fact they serve something different.

waited a while in the drive thru just for them to give me cold fries and chicken tenders, and then they barely gave me fries at that. i would’ve just got a kids meal.
You have to take the hot sauce and pour it in with their sauce and dip your chicken in and it is the combination.

I've never been more disappointed in canes chicken... It wasn't even chicken to start with, more like 4 tiny fried crumbs... Employees deserve 5 star though but food is horrible. Please look into improving quality of what you call chicken fingers.
