I’m from Oregon, and this wasn’t my first visit to Rayoog Cafe. I went about two years ago and didn’t enjoy it, but I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, this visit was even more disappointing. The pastry dough was very poor in quality and looked nothing like the photos shown in customer reviews. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re simply looking for something to eat without expecting good quality.

First visit for a late breakfast after having this place on my list for a while - food was delicious! Had the shakshuka with egg, and the 6 toasts with egg and other toppings. Good amount of food for the price. Turkish coffee was great too. Would certainly return again to try some of the other dishes and the desserts.

The workers here are very kind, welcoming, and open to sharing the culture of their food. Their food has a wonderful balance of savory and sweet that is accompanied by their delicious homemade bread. I would definitely come back here with my family!

Phenomenal Turkish food and even better service! We had the Mamas Tray, Shakshuka Egg and Turkish coffee. All the tastes were perfect complements of one another other. So yummy! Can’t wait to be back!

Went with a party of 8 and the experience was terrible. Food was bland, tasted old and inconsistent with the pictures in the reviews and menu. Tea pot came with water to serve 2 maybe. Staff looked annoyed when asked for more water. Received zaatar with no oil, how does that work?? lol. Shakshuka was more onions than tomatoes. Fruit came in a bowl, a piece fell on the tray and staff asked us to pick it up and put it back in the bowl which is disgusting. We were served our food with no plates. I had to ask for straws like 3 times. This is a terrible place to eat. The staff has no regard to their customers and no regard of food safety and sanitation. Don't waste your money or time here.

Bring a lot of people, get the VIP breakfast or one of those platters. Throw in a pide or something too, you won't regret it. Feels just like a fancy brunch I had in Istanbul!
