He was extremely friendly, knowledgable and accomodating.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available. My only wish is that the menu was easier to read or in a different format for indications of which dishes are safe for those with food allergies.

Went for a night out with the family. No wait on a Saturday and thought we got lucky...... The service was awful. Our waitress had zero enthusiasm or personality. Our appetizer took over 20 minutes to come out. My shrimp Alfredo still had all the tails on it, I never got my side till we were leaving so I got it in a to go box. I had a gift card and then gave cash for the rest, didn't get correct change and didn't get a receipt back. I will not be returning as there is definitely a reason there was no wait.

Waiter : Justin Check # 75481Please acknowledge our Waiter Justin, to say he is wonderful would be a understatement. He is by far the best waiter we have ever had. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional but he also treated us with great kindness. After we dined as we left he ran to the front door to hold it open for my handicapped mother in law. This shows what great character he embodies. We will be back for his service again soon.

One thing that has become paramount to my wife and I is great service. With costs going up, it's becoming harder for people to afford to go out, and when we do, we want not only really good food, but service that makes the evening that much more special. Well, on 3/31 at the Red Lobster in Gilbert, our waiter Joseph P. was outstanding in every way. He was professional, courteous, jovial, friendly, attentive and timely. He always repeated back what we asked for to assure he got it right, and he was flawless the entire evening. We brought Joseph P's fantastic service to the attention of the manager, who was just as friendly and appreciative that we took the time to compliment Joseph. He was not rushed and we had a very enjoyable conversation with him as well. The food was exceptionally good, and the entire evening out was well worth our time and hard earned money. If you go to this particular Red Lobster, ask for Joseph P. You won't regret it!! Oh, and the lobster and crab were spectacular!!!

Everything was excellent with the exception of the price as everything is this overly inflated cost of living create by our current dictator.
Very nice facility. Clean and tidy. Not too noisy so you could talk with your guests. Beth was an outstanding server and very helpful to all 8 of our group. Only reason for a 4 on food was my fish was a bit dry. Scallops, clams and shrimp were nicely done. Small dinner salad was better than most I've had in other restaurants. Ice tea was very good. Might have been brewed based on flavor. Overall excellent Easter meal. We'll return.
