I rarely write reviews, but I really enjoyed my experience tonight. The family that owns it was very warm and welcoming and the food was delicious. I love good roasted duck. I overheard that they recently took it over from the previous owners. That's why the name has changed. If you tried it before and were disappointed, I'd give it another try!

Food is delicious, restaurant is clean, and service is friendly! They may have changed the name recently though because it doesn’t say red lotus out front anymore. Food is still amazing though.

Not much when it comes to flavor. The curry is water, almost like soup. Not great won't try again

Food had no taste. I've never had red curry that had absolutely zero flavor. It was utterly bizarre. The veggies were fresh and the food was hot but no taste. The sauce, chicken, carrots, red bell peppers, broccoli, bamboo shoots and even the basil leaves had NO taste. My mom had the blue basil chicken. She had the same issue- no taste and hers was lukewarm. I'm truly disappointed because it looked beautiful. Won't be ordering from them again. GrubHub delivery.

This place has a name displayed on its storefront that differs from "Red Lotus Thai." We ordered from DoorDash, and upon arriving at the location, I opened the door to clarify if they and red lotus Thai were the same business. An old bald man rudely greeted me. Throughout our conversation, he was rude, disgruntled, and unhelpful. After giving him the name of the order (which was written on the receipt - one of two on the table), he demanded to know what dishes were in the order. After telling him and identifying my order on the table, he then demanded to see the proof of purchase in Doordash.

I love red lotus Thai! I use them for takeout and have never dined in, usually because I am busy, but the food is great. While I have never had true Thai food since I have not been to Thailand or had any home cooking from Thai friends, I don't think I would say it's authentic. Correct me if I'm wrong! I'm used to Thai places asking what level of spice I want, but Red Lotus doesn't give me the choice so I never know what flavor profile I am going to receive when I order something new. There also is no consistency in their spring rolls, which I get every time. Sometimes there's meat, other times there is not. Once I got tofu, which was delicious, but I order them typically with no protein, and it's anyone's guess how I will actually get them. Takeout is always packaged pretty safely, no spills, and it's not messy to open up and eat. Try the Thai iced tea for sure! They do a great job. Giving 4 stars because I love it and can't speak to their dine-in service. I will update my review if I ever do.

Red Lotus Thai is the sister to Green lotus Thai ( which is in the same building but their menu is vegan ) I think the food at both from both menus is fantastic. There is a language barrier and I feel like orders can sometimes take a bit longer to order because of this but that is no one's fault! The food is great and the staff is friendly. I have visited a very large portion of Thai restaurants in the valley, and there's not many good ones on the east side so red Thai has continued to be a favorite of mine! It's truly delicious, I craved it for a solid 6 month period lol. The king egg rolls are great!

I used to really like this restaurant. However, tonight I found a plastic strip in the Pad Thai. Won't be ordering from them anymore.

Do not order from here. I walked in and rang bell. They asked what I ordered and had no idea what was going on. I dont even trust what they are doing. I walked out without my food

I order massamam curry and boy was I disappointed I found 2 pieces of chicken it had celery, broccoli, and everything else it had no potatoes no peanuts =( the sauce tasted good though and the spiciness was satisfactory. I didn't like the sticky rice with mango worst one Ive ever tried it has peanuts on top.and was not sweet at all ive made homemade that tasted better. Over l all disappointed and won't get again... to many better places to eat at.

All three Thai places are the same kitchen. Delivery and carry out takes MUCH longer than they tell you.

Ordered to-go and had to wait an addition 20 minutes, which normally I wouldn't mind because everyone is short handed. The man who helped me was very short and couldn't understand anything! That alone wouldn't have given them such a bad review... It wasn't until I got home and the food I ordered had ingredients that were NOT listed! There was zucchini in 3 of the 4 meals we ordered and I am allergic to Zucchini! I double checked and it doesn't list it anywhere on their ingredients. Then to top it off my family got sick this morning, from what I can only assume was the food. Very disappointed.

This place is hardly Thai. The Tom yum soup tasted more like tapatio Mexican ramen you buy at the grocery store, it was $11 plus $3 for the protein, I chose shrimp, they only give you 3 shrimp, and literally they were the size of a quarter. I gave two stars because the dumplings were ok, but nothing special about them.
