Was a great meal to get for lunch, got a bacon cheeseburger got well done was amazing and the fries are always amazing as well and great quickness with the food and with the drinks as well and our server was extremely nice and quick as well was a great experience will definitely be back to get another burger soon

WATER FILTERS AND ICE MACHINE... CHANGE AND CLEAN!!! Why aren't restaurant owners and managers understanding that if your water tastes stale, it impacts the entire dining experience? We rejected our appetizer because it tasted moldy. All our drinks with ice/water went untouched because the ice/water smelled musty and stale. I understand economic cuts, but not when they comprise health and your loyal customers. THINK ABOUT IT!!!

Been in many times and usually have a great experience. Our most recent visit ensured we won’t be coming back as our server was unexplainably rude and did not check on our table a single time after putting in our order. Put in a to go right after eating and watched it sit in the kitchen for 15 minutes before someone finally grabbed it and walked it out to us. We love red robin but this location definitely needs work. :( Customers should never be uncomfortable in a restaurant

Worst Red Robin experience ever. I am visiting from out of town and I was recommend to come here. The bartender, Lauren, was the one who served us and we received our drinks. The ice cubes looked to have had pieces in them and what seemed to be a fruit fly?? and random floaties were in the ice water. When I asked for the drinks to be remade, she rolled her eyes and snatched them away from me. I complained to the manager, Zack, to which he told me i could either drink what I was given or leave. How hard is it to ask for a clean drink? Disgusting

Drove all the way fro!!!m Tucson to enjoy this restaurant and I was not let down. It was worth the trip

Parking: Parking is very simple and very close to the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Brought my youngest who is 17 and the boyfriend who is 16. They both loved Red Robin....they loved the theme, paint on walls, just the whole layout was fun for them. Felt safe and inviting!!!

STICK WITH WHAT YOU KNOW
Allowed the teenage server to convince me to stray from my usual.
Was over halfway through my meal before realizing that this was a hamburger.
Ingredients and taste was good but the burger patty was paper thin.
When the manager came up to our table to ask about the experience I asked him if the burgers shrunk in size?
He made the excuse that he had only been there for four months and then launched into a word salad explanation about different sizes of the meat patties and how the cooks have their own ways of cooking. Words...words....words....
He then disappeared without us noticing.
Service started out great then slowed down tremendously.
Probably not going to be a go-to eatery in 2025

Very nice place, atmosphere, and Customer service. Very very accommodating with lots of food alergies as well. Their online customization menu is interactive and lets you know what alergies each Ingredient has for a well informed decision when ordering!
