Rubio's Coastal Grill

The quality at this location has really gone downhill. We've been loyal customers here for a few years, ordering very consistently the same order of the Mexican Street Corn Bowl. The last few times the orders are missing at least one ingredient if not more. The last time I picked up the order I noticed the guacamole was obviously missing so I pointed it out and the cook was arguing with me. They also don't fill up the bowls as they used to and as they advertise. We are tired of having to constantly check the order to make sure it's done correctly and coach your staff on the ingredients for this dish. Even though it's not on the in store menu, it's still on the online menu and your staff should be trained and aware of the ingredients for all of your dishes. We will no longer come to this location and save our $30 for a better meal somewhere else.

Our food was exceptional this evening ! The chicken cali bowl tasted fresh and the guacamole was delicious. My blackened mahi and lobster taco plate was excellent . The black beans were seasoned perfectly and the elote was creamy and flavorful. Well done on the New takeout containers for sides! Thank you team

We placed a to go order. Used to like how you could just walk in and pick up your order. Now you have to wait in line with those ordering to get your order. We had to wait a good 5 minutes last night just to get our order.

Food was ready at the time selected. The only issue we had was one of our sides was not in container and my husband noticed it before leaving store and let them know. We got the side that was missing

Food quality has gone down significantly. The salsa was flat and the beans were runny watered down. Tortillas were thick and tough, not soft.

absolutely amazing quality every time! i haven’t been to rubios in years before tonight and i am very pleased that it tastes identical to how it always has! the shrimp is so GOOD! the California bowl was my order tonight, but also the nachos are bomb too.

i also wanted to point out the cashier is nice and friendly. he seemed very hardworking from his multitasking as he took on orders between time! highly recommend for a filling yet healthy meal 🖤

Always great and filling meals here. It’s hard to beat the shrimp trio but the fish taco especial is just about the best thing on the menu. Thanks for always offering great food and service
