I was just at your location on Power Rd in Mesa. I waited for 5 minutes and no one I asked for my order. I asked if someone would take my order and I was ignored. This is unacceptable and rude. I will never come back to this restaurant ever again. I was going to let you cater my wedding but now I'm not I was going to spend $20k

My fiance just left this establishment. She stopped in to pickup some dinner for us. The place was empty and (OPEN) all the workers were there, no lines no one waiting. She was called for assistance and was completely ignored. When someone did acknowledge her they were rude and told her to do whatever she wanted. So here we are. I'm asking anyone who sees this to boycott this restaurant and give them the support they need to go out of business. Black people also have green money.

I LOVE Rubio's, its one of my all time favorite places for dinner. When the Signal Butte location closed, I was forced to get my fix at the Power and Ray location. I have been here 5 times. I get the same thing every time: Costal Trio, keto style, NO CABBAGE.
The first time I ordered from here was on the app. Went to pick up the food, and there's cabbage on it. Now I'm forced to wait for them to remake my food, which negates the point of pre-ordering.
The next 2 times, I decide to order inside, to-go. I very specifically tell the girl NO CABBAGE. Guess what?! Both times I had to wait for my food to be made TWICE, because they put cabbage on and have to remake it.
The 4th time I went it was actually correct and my husband and I went straight from Rubios to go by a lotto ticket, because it was obviously my lucky day.
With my hopes high, we went in this past Saturday for date night. Surprise, surprise, ofc it's WRONG. Absolutely LOADED with cabbage! I am so sick of having to wait 20 minutes for something that they can never get right. Not once has anyone ever apologized. Not once have we ever been offered chips or a drink while I wait for them to re-make their screw up. (For those that don't know, it takes awhile to make because of the keto tortillas.) I don't understand how leaving off an ingredient is so beyond the capability of any employee there. I've never made a scene, never gotten mad, but I'm almost to the point of tears that I have to always wait twice. It's like my own terrible version of "Groundhog Day" every time I go here.
Zero accountability, zero customer service. Zero times I'm ever going back to this location.

Unprofessional and sloppy.
My family and I have visited this location twice over the past two months. Both instances we were met with mediocre performance and unpleasant customer service by the same individual. This individual was our cashier on both occasions. Each time we were greeted with a melancholy demeanor and apathetic attitude. On this particular occasion this individual dropped a finger ring onto one of our plates. This individual was also scratching their face repeatedly and wore sticker stars on their chin and cheeks. My final observation was noticing the fallen sticker stars being scattered across the kitchen floor and one on the register counter.

I eat a lot of Mexican food, doesn’t make me Mexican- but I love all the varieties of Mexican food this place has! The salsa and chips is one of the most traditional tasting sauces I have ever tried. Thanks Rubi Os!

Good food, service and nice people. No more sticky tables. However the last 2 times I have been there a men and a women cooking are talking with a high voices about family matters. It's annoying to hear them from any table. I want a quite place to eat.

Horrible, every single time I set foot in this location. Rude workers, might as well be a ghost they all ignore you. Waited 30-35 on a two taco plate meal, that was ready 15min ago but had just been sitting there getting cold, and I know this because I pay attention and see how there is no communication. Also the robots in the kitchen don’t know how to read the ticket, I clearly ordered and it shows on the ticket of the things I didn’t want on my food, yet here it all is, those workers didn’t even read the ticket. Every single time with this particular location and I hadn’t been there in over a year, I figured they trained their employees correctly, boy was I ever wrong. I had to go up to the cashier and tell her I think my food has been ready along with all the other orders pilling up. I wasn’t the only one complaining, customers were leaving because the customer service is that bad. What a shame, if you don’t want to do your job right then don’t work at all. Worthless lousy, Good for Nothing so called workers.

We have been going to Rubio's for many years. In our recent visits, the tables are all sticky (maybe from repeated cleanings), the dining room has lots of food left on tables, and the service and cleanliness has been significantly diminished. It just doesn't feel safe to eat here! Just dirty!
