This is my second time in the past few weeks I found a black hair in my taco (i have blonde hair) we absolutely love rubios but that's SO gross!!

Not sure what’s going on with this location, but they seem to constantly be out of things and the experience in store is taking forever. We ordered online back in February- customized several things with flour tortillas instead of corn, and they didn’t advise us they were out of flour tortillas until we went to pick up the food. Then, my family ordered in store back in April and waited over 30 minutes for their order, and they only ordered four things. Tonight I decided to contact them beforehand to verify they had flour tortillas available and they advised me they were completely out again. This is six months after the first time they were out. We decided to drive 20 minutes out of our way to go to another store because we’ve definitely written this one off.

Please fix your toilet dispenser in the women's restroom and get a purse hook! One of my biggest pet peeves is when restaurants do not have a purse hook in the restroom! Also, the toilet dispenser doesn't allow you to actually get any toilet paper out except for one square at a time with a huge effort! It's ridiculous! Someone actually placed a roll on the back of the toilet (probably a worker) because they know how impossible it is to get toilet paper out. It's unsanitary!
We arrived at 11:05. This place is supposed to open at 11:00 but the doors were locked. As we tried to get in someone realized it and then came and opened it a minute later. We ordered our food. Went and got sauces. And ate our food. All the while. There was a pretty large area that had pretty wet floor. It looked like maybe someone spilled something and it's right where everyone walks through after ordering their food to go sit down, at the end of the meal I went to get a to-go box and informed the girl that the floor was wet and she said yeah we just normally let it dry! Okay!? That is a complete hazard... I think she could tell I didn't like that response so then went and put a wet floor caution cone up... So she was fully aware that it was wet but really didn't care.

I normally don’t like to leave reviews but I frequent to this location since it’s closest to where I live. I stopped by for a meal on Mother’s Day, it was maybe after lunch time, and I witnessed some rather unfair and appalling behavior from what I’m assuming could be a manager. He was wearing a different shirt from the rest of the restaurant workers, and I believe his name might have been either Jason or James. One of the ladies from the kitchen looked to be taking a break to eat some food, and he approached her in front of the entire dining area, to scold her for taking a lunch break. The interaction seemed targeted, and he lacked professionalism and empathy for a hardworking woman. It could have been a conversation discussed in private, but it felt more like an attack to belittle her and embarrass her in front of customers/colleagues. Every time I visit this restaurant I see these kitchen workers go above and beyond and I would hate for this negative behavior to be normalized and go unnoticed.

It’s pretty good for surf and turf. I like the shrimp tacos and taco Tuesday deals. The salsa bar is really good as well.
