I regularly get salad and go but from a different location. Stopped here since I was in the area. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken salad. I was half way through the salad and realized the larger pieces of chicken have a strange texture. I spit it out and looked closer. At least two of the pieces were undercooked. Now I have to hope I don't get food poisoning.

The food choices are healthy and diverse. I love their Autumn Salad!! The green tea is great too! The prices are very affordable compared to other fast food options. It's take out only but, that's okay!

Leaving a review for free fooood! Lol no seriously! Best location yet! Staff always friendly and helpful even when customers are rude and belittles the employees. I have seen several customers disrespect employees with no cause! They don’t get paid enough to be treated like your personal servant! Respect them as you would your own family!

Out of all the salad and go locations in this area I definitely prefer the one on Gilbert and Guadalupe. They always tend to my needs so I was a bit confused this morning when I witnessed my favorite worker getting yelled at. I came to the window and apologized and tried to asked what happened? but she was very professional smiled and stated I’m gonna make it a good day. This location deserves 10 stars
The worker by the name of Caitlin is extremely rude and disrespectful. When I requested to talk to a manager to see if they're able to help me she declares that she is a manager. When I try to ask her again about how the speaker wasn't working she then proceeded to cuss me out and to tell me "that I was just deaf and need to learn to listen" I then proceeded to ask her why are you being so rude I was just letting you know that I was having a hard time hearing you with the speaker crackling. To warn others to avoid this location

They fixed the rude staff, but their drive-thru needs fixed. Sat there for 5 minutes watching 4-5 cars argue about who's going in front of who. The salad wasn't worth the wait and frustration.

Stopped here while attempting to make it to a Ups Store to mail an item and on my way to Saunda Day to visit my pal for a session of whewsa. The humans who work here are very polite. The lady at the drive thru was wonderful as she chatted it up with me while we waited for my salad to be prepared. My Autumn salad with chicken and ranch as usual was . My fav is the Basil Lemonade. My only complaint is the bowl was half full and not the portion that I'm normally given. I'll take that, as a compliment that perhaps they're telling me that I need to stop eating salads. I'm on a salad kick ... still!!! Definitely returning until my Salad phase is over.
