This has got to be the absolute worst salad and go, which is really sad because they are less than a mile from my house. Multiple times now, they have messed up my order- And not even just the initial order, but when I respectfully and kindly let them know that they messed up- they remake it, which is appreciated, but then when they remake it, it is still wrong… I genuinely do not understand. At this point, I am convinced these kids just smoke way too much weed before and during shift and don’t know how to handle being high and competent at the same time. Tonight was just overboard for me… My boyfriend had to walk up not once but twice because they failed to make it correctly… And then sadly, I didn’t check because I thought there was no way they could mess this up a third time— But I was wrong. I got home and as I began eating, I realized they still missed an ingredient. I just genuinely want to know what is wrong with this location?

We use to come here all the time. Since it’s been sold from the original owners, it has gone down in quality. It’s not the same. We ordered 3 Caesar salads with chicken. It BARELY had any chicken, the dressing was watery and lettuce seemed a little limp. Every time we’ve driven by, the place has been dead, I understand why now. We will NOT be back and will be recommending people to NOT go there!

I’m really disappointed with the Salad and Go location on Warner and Cooper. This is now the fifth time they’ve added bacon to the eggs I order for my vegetarian son. I’ve been patient and understanding, but at this point, it’s unacceptable.
I’m not an occasional customer — I used to go four to five times a week, spending about twenty dollars each visit. That’s a lot of loyalty and trust to give to a place that clearly isn’t paying attention to their customers’ orders.
This repeated mistake shows a serious lack of attention and care, especially toward dietary preferences that should be respected. I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their team to double-check orders, because this has been frustrating and disappointing after so many chances.

Drive-thru is fast! Got my breakfast burrito in 3 minutes! On the way through drive-thru I got the best compliment from the young man working the window, it was like getting a hug with my morning breakfast. You made my day

I wish I could give one star!!! This establishment is a joke! I ordered ONLINE at 8:00AM. I get there and she told me it would be another 5-10 minutes. Fine, no big deal! 5 minutes goes by, 10 minutes, 20….finally, at 45 MINUTES and countless cars going through the drive through, I rang the bell again. She hands it to me with the ice completely melted in my tea. The guy that worked there said,”looks like the ice melted, are you going to want more?” ya think?!!!! I was 30 minutes late for work and they refused to to reimburse me!!!! Don’t ever go to this establishment! Salad and SLOW!!!

ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and Arnold Palmer....it was almost 11$ ... I am usually used to a very big wrap... This one sit on the palm of my hands..... I ate literally half of the wrap before it got to any chicken .. all croutons and peppercinis... Where did the jalapenos go????,.... Definitely overpriced and small serving.... back to Angie's i go

Ordered an Arnold Palmer, received a full lemonade, when asked if this was an Arnold Palmer, was gaslighted that it was, even though it was just lemonade. I asked if they could remake it, then proceeded to get a drink with 2 ice cubes, and maybe a splash of tea/lemonade, the rest taste like water. Either the tea is extremely watered down, or the employee just put water in my drink, either way, the experience sucked, my drink sucked, and the lady obviously wasn’t trained on how to make a drink with 50/50 lemonade/tea?? Literally the most basic thing you can do. Just proves that all establishments nowadays could give a rats ass about their quality, I thought this place was different from previous experience a couple years ago. I guess not. Cobb salad was pretty mediocre as well.

The wrap was huge and pretty tasty although I would have liked more sauce! The hummus was delicious and so creamy... mine never comes out that smooth 🤔 the girl at the window was super friendly. I will be back!

Luckily, this store on Cooper and Warner is only 4 blocka from my house. The salads have always been fresh and delicious. There are many options to choose from. Prices are very competitive with the big box stores but better quality/freshness. This is Take-Out only
