I’m just trying to figure out what their portions are for the dressing because i ordered Cesar wraps and had maybe a bite of dressing in it super dry. Mind you that’s after asking and paying for extra dressing. Take my money fine but give me what I pay for
Great idea and execution. The food is good and fresh, and the prices are good.
I’ve been going to this location because it’s convenient to my home, but I recently had to stop going to this location because on three different occasions I would order the chicken Cesar wrap and each time I would have stomach issues. I believe something is contaminated at this point. I put it to the test by going to a different location and eating the same thing. I have since been fine. Unfortunately, I will not go to this location any more.
Sorry Salad n Go, you’re usually very solid but today, my wife ordered a cold brew with no cream since she can’t have dairy and the girl working the window gave my wife a coffee with cream then argued that there was no cream in it when my wife questioned her. Another employee finally confirmed there was cream, and we finally got the coffee we ordered. Manager was right there too and didn’t seem overly concerned. Do better SnG !!!!!
Absolute trash customer service. It's like they don't want to be there. Manager help them out. You need new people including the manager on duty. They were rude at the window, made the salad with the lid off so spilled everywhere and then when I called the manager was even more rude. Absolute trash this place used to be worth it but not with the horrible people there. I will follow up with corporate because this was unnecessary. Im sure those people have bad lives and are projecting it on all of us. They need a new job. This isn't it.

Forgot to put my kid salad ,wasn'tthere also the Chiken in my salad but they changed it in my card, when I tried to call and talk with someone nobody pick the phone, somebody is stealing money from customers....sad very disappointed.
I ordered two salads and a burrito, but both salads were completely wrong. Because of the time and rush, we couldn’t go back to get the order fixed, so we decided to stick with it, hoping it would still be good. But for our taste, it was incredibly disappointing. Instead of the jalapeño ranch I always enjoy, they gave us BBQ ranch, which was nothing like what I expected. The dressing didn’t work for us at all, and even though it had avocado, I really missed the pickled onions. The entire experience left us deeply dissatisfied.
Awesome health choices, in seconds
I absolutely love Salad & Go! Haven’t been going as much as I used to when I first discovered them but have been back a couple of times in the past weeks. Still fresh, flavorful, with generous portions and fantastically priced! A few years back my daughter and I were looking for healthy, delicious & affordable food options and found Salad & Go! They have a great selection of salads &/ wraps that you can pair with soup and a drink & 2 people can dine for under $25!! & a friend just let me know that they do a $10 breakfast and lunch deal of some sort!! Can’t be them & so I’m happy I joined them!
Salad is always half rotten, takes too long to order and the customer service sucks, and they didn't put my salad dressing in my salad

Sorry for the bad review, but the last x3 this month alone ( October 2024), I was told the machine that makes the frozen strawberry lemonade drinks, the only thing I ever get was either down or not prepared! Can you please look into these issues? I would love to have one of those drinks. Thank you.

Always a nice staff that makes your salad and drinks quickly. Unfortunately S,A,G, started as a great deal and turned into nothing but price hikes and reduced quality in a very short time. Hopefully, they will get that in check soon.
