I’m very upset I’m a daily customer and live on Salad and go for lunch everyday. I understand there’s some supplier issue causing outage for mixed greens and spinach. Fix it!!! At the very least offer a discount of free lemonade. Even when I asked there’s no compensation just pay full price for less. If this keeps up I will find better options. I’m highly disappointed. I’ve been putting up with long line and staffing shortage signs daily which I get - but now it’s a whole new level of disappointment. Do better S&G!

UPDATE: I did go to the site like owner suggested, no one followed up. Also including a 2nd pic and will be sending another one. Salad that I was given is only just a little more than 1/2 filled. This shows quality of food they are serving. Come on guys you are ruining this for me. I loved that you guys popped up on the scene and gave us a healthy option for fast food. Now this. wow
No salsa. The window lady handed me bag..both salad and breakfast was out in and on their sides. Crappy

Excellent service for a mobile order picked up at the drive thru. The freshest salad I've ever eaten. Opted for the Build-My-Own option with chicken and avocado and everything tasted as it was sourced today. The Italian Vinaigrette option is the best dressing IMO. Great food option to have when you want to get away from all the heavier food in the area. Should have taken a picture of the salad, but it didn't stand a chance, it was that good.

Shrinkflation? Idk if this is an all salad and go problem but I feel like the dressing portion has dwindled. I’d rather just be transparent and raise prices than start giving less. The chicken quality has also gone downhill it is mushy like half the time. Customer service at this location is good just think salad and go need to improve some things.

Super annoyed. I ordered the Tuscan summer salad. It was $.75 more than another location and then they said they were out of the vinaigrette dressing that came with it so I ordered a different dressing and then they charged me $.55 for the other dressing instead of substituting it for the one they did not have.

Oh yeah, baby salad and go breakfast burrino I think they're amazing and it's kind of funny cause it's just some random salad restaurant and they make like good text, max breakfast burriso I would pretty much recommend it if you ever had a chance to go and try the breakfast burrito. The traditional ones amazing.

All the dressing was concentrated at the bottom of my wrap but thats ok cuz it still slapped. Also the girl at the window said I was pretty and it made my day after a very long week so I would die for her now.
