I am a longtime patron for salad and go and I had one of my best experiences at the val vista and Pecos location from Breanna. Typically I order a frozen lemonade for my kids to share and sometimes the machine is out (happens quite a bit, so I’m accustom to it) which is unfortunate. Usually the employee just tells me they’re out and “sorry” but not Breanna. She advised me to try coming back in 5 min which I did even though my kids were having a hard time waiting. We drove around and came back in line just to hear it’s still not ready. Preparing to break the news to already undernapped children, Breanna offered a complimentary lemonade. This had NEVER happened before and was surprising. I offered to pay but she said it’s totally fine. I told her it was extremely kind and I had never experienced this before. My children were ecstatic and so was I. She valued my time and offered something she didn’t have to just to say thank you. Her customer service will be the reason I come back to this location and brag to all my friends what this location did for me. I don’t expect free stuff or to have that happen, but the kindness and service was BEST I have had at salad and go. I would love to share this with and customer service rep in case they need a testimonial further. Way to go Breanna!

Every time I get a salad wrap, theirs is hardly ever any lettuce in it. It’s mainly tortilla and cheese. Please make sure you are filling with a decent amount of lettuce as it is a salad wrap.

Honestly it has gone down hill at this location. Every time I get a salad they lowball you on the ingredients. Minimal chicken and toppings.Sometimes the tomatoes are terrible or the toppings are old. Can you guys please step it up. All I ever get is more salad than anything. In that case I’ll go to Frys and get myself a bag of romaine. Please make a decent flavorful salad for once.

Salad was missing ingredients. Second time it was missing salad dressing from salad and had to go back to pick it up after I got home. Guess it’s my mistake for not checking my bag. Trying a different location.
I went to this location as the one we usually go to didn't have items we wanted. The staff were rude when we wanted to use our vouchers and the salad ended up having hair in it. I couldn't finish. I suggest hair nets. Never returning to this location.
