I ordered a breakfast bowl and thank goodness I added avocado to it as there was hardly any egg in it. I don’t know why this location in particular seems to be the worst. The cold brew always tastes like watered down coffee. I just need to stop taking my chances here and be done with it.

My first time here since getting a coupon at a trunk or treat this weekend and I got extremely ill within 20 minutes of eating my wrap and lemonade. I’m not sure what is in their lemonade or arnold palmers with the new seasonal flavor but it made me extremely sick.

Ordered a single salad with no cheese and headed straight to work. Got to work only to see that the salad indeed had cheese. I am severely allergic so I could not eat the salad. Disappointed since I had no time to go back and went hungry the rest of the day. The kicker is that the label even said “no parmasean cheese on the sticker on the bag” so they just either don’t care or can’t read. Regardless, terrible service and I won’t be back.

A decent breakfast burrito for a decent price, especially when you're in the morning rush to get the day moving.
I am a longtime patron for salad and go and I had one of my best experiences at the val vista and Pecos location from Breanna. Typically I order a frozen lemonade for my kids to share and sometimes the machine is out (happens quite a bit, so I’m accustom to it) which is unfortunate. Usually the employee just tells me they’re out and “sorry” but not Breanna. She advised me to try coming back in 5 min which I did even though my kids were having a hard time waiting. We drove around and came back in line just to hear it’s still not ready. Preparing to break the news to already undernapped children, Breanna offered a complimentary lemonade. This had NEVER happened before and was surprising. I offered to pay but she said it’s totally fine. I told her it was extremely kind and I had never experienced this before. My children were ecstatic and so was I. She valued my time and offered something she didn’t have to just to say thank you. Her customer service will be the reason I come back to this location and brag to all my friends what this location did for me. I don’t expect free stuff or to have that happen, but the kindness and service was BEST I have had at salad and go. I would love to share this with and customer service rep in case they need a testimonial further. Way to go Breanna!

Every time I get a salad wrap, theirs is hardly ever any lettuce in it. It’s mainly tortilla and cheese. Please make sure you are filling with a decent amount of lettuce as it is a salad wrap.
