Service was OK but disappointing in the food quality control. I have been too many other salad and go places around Gilbert Mesa area. Wanted to try this one out and was highly disappointed when I opened my salad to find half of my salad was brown dark green slimy lettuce normally if a salad had one to a few pieces I would just pick them out because I understand it can be hard to find the few bad pieces in an entire Batch but this was a solid handful of my salad was dark green slimy, I barely could eat my salad

Follow Your Heart Animal Rescue
I stopped to get a couple of salads after a long day at the dog rescue. My two dogs were with me. The cashier made the comment that they should have something on the menu for dogs since they seem to accompany their humans in the drive thru. I said “yes, there should be a dog salad!” We both laughed and he brought me my food. He gave me the cutest smile when he handed me the bag. It was then I realized there was a dog salad in the bag lol. Not only was he a cutie on the outside, but I bet he’s just as cute on the inside! What a great employee. This is my favorite location. Always polite service from employees who seem to care. Easily customizable salads for my mood ... or a standard menu salad ? ? are all delicious. Great value for the price, and I don't feel sluggish after I eat the entire bowl ?. Thank you for creating a sturdy container to "shake-it-all-up" for Eben dressing distribution!Vegetarian options: Customizable salads so you can include only the ingredients you want.

I normally love the salad and go near my place, but this other location apparently didn't understand when you ask for something vegan to keep it vegan...I got the autumn wrap with tofu, and then they asked if I didn't want the cheese but didn't ask about the pecans so I thought maybe this location didn't cook them on the same stove as the meat, so I asked about it to confirm. The individual did not know but checked with the store manager, and they confirmed that this location cooks them the same. So I requested no pecans either as I usually do, and they confirmed no pecans or cheese with tofu on my wrap.Now I get home, and the first half of the wrap was delicious as usual. Then it started changing taste, and I could tell the pecan crunch was there. I sifted through, and there were a bunch of (non-vegan) candied pecans packed into one half of the wrap almost like a joke?Very very disappointing and do not intend to return to Salad and Go if they are not willing to actually keep something vegan for those of us who are already doing the effort to check every item and keep our diet clear of anything that involves animals.

Awesome place for a quick bit and non a budget the only thing is that I asked them if they had a burrito bowl she said yes I Can make the burrito into a bowl she did but it real skimpy on the serving hardly got a bowl I think they should consider more in the bowl cuzz it's not a burrito

This location can't seem to get it right First it was not much lettuce and now it's hardly any toppings. Literally one piece of chicken and a hard boiled egg for a cobb salad.. Not sure where the problem lies but there should be consistency among stores and this one has failed 3 out of 3 visits. I'll be driving to another location from now on.

I have been a Salad and Go supporter weekly for years. I have noticed over the past year that the quality of the food has declined. I let it go because I typically am laid back and know one offs happen. That started happening more frequently and then we have tonight. My salad tonight was lacking a lot of lettuce, not much chicken, and the cucumbers and tomatoes were gross. Just overall, terrible. Enough to make me not want to go back ever again. It makes me sad that such a great restaurant concept has gone so far downhill. I hope they can course correct.

I walked up to pediatrician order many times in the past. Today October 20, 2023 the staff asked if I had an online order, I did not. Staff said they concentrate on drive through, so I left. If you want to use cash and walk to their pediatrician window, don’t bother they do not service for cash. Very weird.

Ok I love salad and go but this location based on the reviews must have issues. My wrap is so tiny it's for a child. There is barely any chicken in it. For seven bucks I feel ripped off.

I ordered a soup and kids size salad. My order was scheduled to be picked up at 12:30 and it wasn’t even ready. Then when my order comes out the soup isn’t “up to temperature” so I don’t even get it. I got a refund though. The lady that was helping at the window wasn’t very nice and she was very slow. Other people were standing outside waiting and she never opened the window to ask what order they were there for. I don’t know her name but she had glasses, a black shirt on, and was overweight. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
