I sat and waited 19 minutes for an online order that i made 10 minutes before heading over to the restaurant. They asked who the order was for twice. My tea had melted the ice by time i got the salads. Usually fast which is why i go there but this was ridiculous. There was 3 people working inside and there was no line. No excuse just crappy employees

Always a great deal and an amazing salad! Pick-up orders are so convenient and prepared correctly. You can't miss with their wraps, delicious lemonades and teas, and a good Caesar or Cobb salad!

Order #931, The BBQ wrap was fine but I ordered pita and hummus and only received a container of hummus. Disappointing.
Took 35 minutes to get my food after being in the mobile order drive through lane. Several people went through the drive through and got their food way before us. Slowest service. Whats the point of a mobile order then? Just wish I went through the drive through at this point. They did give us a coupon and the girl in the drive through was super apologetic so I changed it to 2 stars!

Husband and I came here last night, I got a ceasar wrap and husband got a cob wrap. As soon as we got home, husband threw up (continued for the rest of the night) so we believe he got food poisoning from something that was on his cob wrap. This place needs to work on making sure everything is FRESH!!!! 0 STARTS

Came here to try out the new Sundried Tomato Hummus & Pita Chips. Took out my lunch later in the day to find a scoop of plain hummus in a container with literally nothing else. For 5 bucks this is ridiculous. This has been the second time something from my order has been missing at this location. Bummer that service is going down hill here.

Been coming here for a while, they often forget to put in certain components to your order... just tonight, which is not a random occurrence since it's happened a few times at this location, Forgot our two drinks, salad dressing, soup, after confirming order 3 times. Come on guys, Spent 30$ for half my order. Especially given the times were in with finances in this world, this is pretty rough-around-the-edges behavior and mediocre food.
