This used to be 5 stars for me, but thenprices keep going up while the amount of protein you get keeps dropping. I recently ordered a chicken Ceasars salad that had a tiny pieces of chicken in it. Unf9rtunately, this was not a one-off

Ok, make an account and put SALAD4YOU! and you get a free salad. Delete account and remake with the same email and phone number. Boom another free salad. I did this close to 60 times. Thank me later.

Great for its price. Coming here for breakfast when you're in a pinch for time is nice. Love the breakfast burritos.

I ordered online and was at the store at the appointed time. I waited outside for 11 minutes past the appointed time for my order. I watched several cars go through the drive-through, order, and get their salads before I got mine. The young man I talked with was polite and told me that the frozen lemonade machine was not able to keep up with orders, so my frozen lemonade would not be frozen. I checked and it was almost 51° when I got it home, about a mile away. It sloshed in the cup like water. I gave up on frozen, since I had paid online. I had to add ice to the lemonade when I got home to try and make it at least a cold drink. I ended up drinking a little of it, but tossed most of it.
Something in the salad leaked in the bag, as the napkins, also in the bag, were soaked and there was a puddle inside of the bag. I needed to check the seats on my car to make sure it had not leaked out. Fortunately, the bag held the leak.
Salad and Go could be a good value, but it seems there is a management issue. The last time I went to this same store (Power & Germann), I ordered in the drive-through and was told that the frozen strawberry lemonade machine was not working right then. Admittedly, that's only two data points, but perhaps the capacity should be updated to match the demand.
Peter Drucker and Karl Pearson are credited with the insight that what is measured tends to improve, but that which is measured and reported tends to improve exponentially. I'm trying to kindly do my part in measuring and reporting performance in hopes that there is an exponential and expedited improvement. I'll try the place again, maybe, but not any time soon.

The most disgusting salad I have ever gotten at any Salad n Go. 1/3 of the lettuce was the icky crushed dark green at the top that should get cut off. And what in the holy hell is the thing on my fork!!??

It says to use either drive through lane but one lane got all the service and mine was ignored.

Closing stores without notice is a terrible business practice. I absolutely loved the Forney location they are closing (with a week’s notice for the staff) but will never spend another dime at one of their locations ever again.
so the fact that you give your employees less than a WEEKS notice that they are losing their jobs is super messed up. I talked to the girl at the window today on your closing day and I was stunned to hear about this. it's sad and bitter sweet to have everything closed but the way it was handled has me even more upset.
We love Salad & Go! Always have great service, salads are delicious and the drinks are amazing!
Order was missing protein. No number to call, and corporate said to just leave a review. I wish I didn’t have to…

not a good value any more. Staff is rather incompetent. Angie's restaurants are all around better. it's unfortunate because Salad and Go used to be great.
Crisp lettuce and juicy tomatoes make a refreshing start. A flavorful dressing ties all the ingredients together perfectly. A sprinkle of something crunchy adds a satisfying texture. It's a quick and easy meal that leaves you feeling energized. This is the perfect way to enjoy a healthy and delicious lunch.
Very Delicious and always fresh!
Quality is hit or miss. We loved them when they first opened, but things have changed, prices went up, and now they won't reimburse me for ordering at the wrong location... which somehow reverted to "nearest" location after I'd already picked our "favorite" location in the app. The people at the store told me I could just reorder and they would reimburse me through the app, but instead I paid twice for a mediocre wrap. Sad, since they already closed the other location we went to.
I’ve eaten at Salad and Go multiple times. An affordable, healthier choice that tastes great. The addition of the Lemon Vinaigrette dressing is a great choice. (My new favorite.) Unlike some of the other reviews on here, I have not experienced any quality concerns. My only concern about the dressings is the portion. At one time, the package used to contain more dressing. Now it’s half-empty.
