I am not vegan and neither is my spouse, however; there are specific reasonsnthat we sometimes have to eat vegan. It is difficult to know where to find good vegan food if you are not vegan. This place is absolutely top notch. My spouse and I even look forward to eating here when we dont 'have' to. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere isnt too loud (visually or audibly). The food has non vegan names, like mac and cheese, but is still entirely vegan. I don't quite have all the right words to describe how good their food is, i just know that I love it.
Solidly good vegetarian food with plenty to like for vegan diets, formatted in a way to appease a meat-eating guest. I was the vegetable-loving carnivore and I was immensely satisfied with the beet "burger" & swet potato fries. A wonderful (& vegan) mango pudding for dessert topped off the experience. Seed Shack is in a storefront at the back of an outdoor shopping mall, but they've been there for years, so you know they're doing things right. The interior was clean, bright, & uncluttered, looking like they've paid as much attention to the dining-in experience as they've paid to the food they put on the table. The prices are quite reasonable for dining out, allowing us to stay within our travel budget.

As a newcomer to this city, I want to explore all the delicious food. This restaurant is not big, but very unique. Alyvia introduced the menu to me very kindly, like a friend. By the way, I like mango cream.

The flavors were good but if you have a discerning taste, you'll notice that the ingredients are super normal, not organic or local. I have a higher standard for the price but it wasn't bad.

When we went it was very cold I had my dog. It was later in the evening and no one was really there. One group was there and left just a few minutes after we arrived , they had finished. The staff allowed us to eat inside with our small dog. That was really very sweet.
The PB& J burger was fantastic, as was the BBQ jackfruit sandwich. Loved the buffalo nachos too. We didn’t love the Mac salad as a side, it was very plain, but the truffle Mac was creamy and yummy. The service was superb and despite a complete ass of a door dash driver giving them a hard time, the staff was so pleasant. Will be back.

Seed Shack is one of my favorite spots to take visitors or eat brunch or lunch. Their beet burger is divine and goes soo well with their sweet potato fries. Lots of choices,some healthy some comfort food. Put it on your list to visit regularly.
