First time coming here was last night and the gals working here were amazing. We had a very nice server who was just on top of it! The food was great, the restaurant was very clean, well maintained, and the food came out very quickly! We will absolutely be back

I spent $72 at Simi Cafe for delivery and was really disappointed. I ordered two phos (one vegetarian, one beef), but what arrived was basically plain noodles with a few vegetables — no broth, no meat. That’s not what I paid for.
When I called, Simi blamed DoorDash and DoorDash blamed Simi. In the end, I’m only getting a partial refund, so I still paid for food I didn’t receive.
Even what did arrive wasn’t good. For this price, you expect better food and accountability. Instead, both the restaurant and delivery service pushed off responsibility.
I’m leaving 3 stars because people tend to notice the middle reviews, but honestly this was a poor experience, and I won’t be ordering again.

If i could give this place more than 5 stars i would! We are not from that side of town but we’re hungry and in the area and saw it had good reviews so we decided to try it. I’m so glad we did because we found a new favorite spot even if it’s an hour away! The food was 11/10 we had pho, chow fun noodles, and orange chicken and everything was amazing. Nothing greasy or oily, good quality meat, and everything had so much flavor. The service was so warm and the family is so nice and accommodating. We’re sad we don’t live closer to be able to enjoy it more often because it’s way better than any of the spots around us. Thank you for an amazing experience!! We can’t wait to come back :)

I am so impressed. I have eaten pho many times but I have NEVER had the amazing experience as I did here. First thing you get when you walk in is a warm smile from the ladies working. I felt right at home! Their food is also absolutely delicious, my husband and I both had the beef strip pho and crab puffs. Amazing quality service. We were both gawking at the decor and setup of the restaurant itself. We had such a pleasant experience which we haven’t had at a pho restaurant before. Thank you so much for what you do! It’s always nice to leave with a full belly and a smile 🫶🏻
Simi’s is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious, from the perfectly crispy orange chicken to the flavorful kung pao beef, savory wontons, and comforting pho soup. Every dish is packed with flavor and made fresh. If you haven’t tried Simi’s yet, you’re missing out. Highly recommend!

This spot has the best orange chicken I’ve ever tasted, and the lettuce wraps are awesome too. They have great lunch specials during the week, fast service, and super friendly staff. Honestly, it’s top notch and people even compare it to New York Chinese food.

I've been coming to Simi's for several years, since 2017, and the food has consistently been top quality, very flavorful, not saturated with sauce/salt, but fresh. The customer service is exceptional, they really take care of you ! Love Simi's, one of the best restaurants in Mesa to me❣️
