We have come here before when it was skip and Jaanes I love this place now because it's so organized and the pool area is perfect. Staff was amazing. Wings were so good and the soft tacos amazing can't beat there Happy hour!!!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I’d be pretty selfish not to share my experience with anyone looking for a new place to visit.I can’t give an opinion on the food because I went to meet up with some friends for a birthday celebration, some drinks and some karaoke. Met the owner (Natalie) and her husband Matt. Talk about feeling welcomed. They made me feel like a guest and not a dollar sign. Like most places do. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was very friendly. Not only from the staff but every customer in the place reflected the great time that they were having.Left early because I had to work in the morning and if I stayed longer I’d probably end up paying child support. Just kidding. But I made you laugh.

I have never been to this establishment. I don’t live in Arizona. If I did I would stop by and check it out. I saw the rescue on Bar Rescue. It seems that Natalie and her staff are doing their best. I’m sure Natalie has a good heart, but Julio needs to go. I see the reviews and people do not seem to happy he is back. Your son is the one who has the knowledge to be able to manage the kitchen with better staff.Good luck to you and your staff.

Such a lovely bar and wonderful service. Food is great (I do wish they kept the old menu after bar rescue as seemed better quality) But you can see how much they all care. A beautiful and fun atmosphere. Im always worried about cleanliness in bar restaurants but this place seems SO clean and well run. I hope the kitchen is kept clean but for visuals it definitely seemed that way. Can tell Natalie makes sure the place is taken care of.Would recommend 100%

For context I grew up in Gilbert and have frequented Skip and Jan's quite often, but a few years back stopped coming in. It was always just an "ok" bar in my opinion, more or less the same as every other sports bar within a 5 or 10 mile radius. The only allure to keep coming back here was the cheap prices and pool tables, other than that it didn't stand out at all. When I overheard a few months ago about the new changes with Bar Rescue, I was excited to try them again and make this a new regular spot for me, given that the food and drinks would now be improved. For the next couple of months in late 2023 this bar became just that and I loved it. It had the same allure of good prices and pool tables, but now with much better food and drinks.. that is, until the other day when I walked in and was told they completely did away with the new drinks and food, and the old food menu was more or less back. The only difference now (I'm assuming due to the bar rescue hype) is that it was way busier than usual, which led to a decrease in service time and lacking standards. It took me over 10 minutes to get a simple drink and i had to wait until i was finished with my first drink before the bar top i was sitting at was cleaned, which I had to instruct the bartender to do despite seeing the state of where I was sitting. In fact, spilled and half-empty drinks were sitting where I was at the bar upon arrival and I needed to ask if anyone was sitting there before they were cleared away to make space for me. It was really disappointing. Now they are no different from any other typical bar, and I don't see a reason to come back here if what I am going to pay for is simply subpar, and there are 10 - 20 other bars just like it much closer to me. If the quality of the drinks and food were made more of a priority, this place would be amazing, as I enjoy conversing with the clientele and staff here. This is the only reason my review is 3 stars and not lower, but my disappointment with my recent experiences can't be stated enough. Hopefully some changes related to the drinks especially are implemented again soon, if so I will gladly be a regular here again, if not more often than before. Best of luck Natalie and staff, but without better drinks it's unlikely I'll return with any sense of regularity.

I just finished watching Bar Rescue and was excited to go to Natalie’s. I saw a review that Natalie brought that cook back who didn’t give a damn about the bar. I haven’t even been there yet and now I won’t go because to me, Natalie’s son deserved more than that other cook. I gave it 3 stars not because I have been there but because I will now not go and I had to give it a score. Natalie, if you know what’s best for your business, get rid of the people that don’t care about you. You deserve better and so does your son who seems like a nice young man!

This bar was great until the karoeke guy came in. A friend of mine signed up to sing a song and considering he just stepped foot onto the premises when she requested to sing, he did not call her once. We waited for an hour and she was never called to sing. The waitress we had was wonderful but extremely disappointed with the kareoke.
