Me and my coworker showed up at 8:55pm cuz we got off late for our break. He was walking towards the door and was about to turn the sign off and lock the door as we pulled up. We told him we just wanted a smoothie each and he said they had completely closed and cleaned everything so therefore they couldn’t serve us and that they were allowed to close early according to the manager and claimed to be short staffed although I seen him and another girl standing there. I worked in food before and I know it sucks serving people so late but we were never allowed to turn people away. I also never knew a restaurant that had completely cleaned everything 5min before closing.

the cashier seemed annoyed when i walked in. as i looked at the overhead menu, i caught her rolling her eyes. but she made sure i knew how to add a custom tip as i was paying with a debit card. not cool.

Very poor customer service, might as well have a ghost town with the lack of communication and respect. I simply asked to keep the drink as liquid as possible due to my wife’s jaw being broken and instead I got this. Would not recommend this establishment.

I really like the food, and haven’t had bad experiences here in the past, but today I forgot to scan a discount that I had, and cashier said he couldn’t do anything about it. I understand not liking working in food (I work in food myself), but the lack of even a smile just isn’t cool. I politely asked if we could just cancel the transaction and do it again, and he said he couldn’t. Every system has a way to refund. This was either laziness or a lack of experience/understanding of the cash register. After I got home, I realized that one of the toppings was missing.
I came in because I wasn’t feeling good and wanted something easy to digest, and I’m sad because my discount is going to expire today and I didn’t even get to use it :’)
On the plus side, the older man who gave me my bowl was nice.

Nice change from Jamba Juice, they a very diverse menu, including vegan options. They have all different groups like get fit smoothies, just a treat smoothies, smoothies to give you energy. They also have add-ins for vitamins or pre-workout type of add-ins. Although it’s a small location it’s always very clean and bright inside with a couple tables to sit at. They do have like yogurt or açai bowls. I’ve never tried them although they look delicious and their sizes are huge for decent price and I always appreciate that.!
