The Slowest Service. Literally the slowest moving drive through for a soda only place. No waiting on fries, not cookies in the oven, just pumps and soda and it takes forever. Once you are in, you are trapped and there is no escape route…. Can we take orders in advance like Swig? Thanks to a gift card I keep coming back, but if I had a way to see the line before turning in, I would avoid it.
Tonight it was 14 mins for three cars in the line enjoying this view.

I honestly don’t understand the hype. Four of us and each got a different drink. My teenagers did not finish theirs. Mine was decent. We tried so many baked goods. The big fat crispy has no flavor. It taste like oil was used instead of butter. We each took one bite. No one wanted his second fight so we threw it away. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was delicious and the scotcharoo was good. The sugar cookies were really disappointing. Just called plain, cold sugar cookies with a lot of frosting. The snickerdoodles were pretty good though. For the most part, everything was just OK. I will not be going back.

The drinks are very delicious! I love monster energy drinks so this place is perfect to add any flavors to them. Definitely recommend a guava passion fruit monster or a blackberry peach monster! 💖

The Blue Bombshell is so dang good, Mountain Dew with some Passion Fruit and Coconut it hits different. Kids got the Orange Dreamsicle and they loved it. Come here every time we visit Gilbert AZ. We will be grabbing another the day we leave. Got a Peanut Butter Cookie as well as a Snickerdoodle, both were good.

I have never waited in a drive thru so long, not even a food drive thru. The line wasn’t moving for the longestttttt time. We got a key lime pie cookie and it tasted like a soggy oatmeal cookie with a dab of key lime. This Sodalicious needs some work.
Their mango breeze flavored water was delicious! Their kids cookie was also super good. We will be coming back ??

The service was rude and disrespectful. The atmosphere needs upgraded. .. you can tell it's very old. There are many other places in the area that we would have gone to if we could have gotten out. But the drive threw was very"trapped". They are only making drinks. Yet it took 30-40 minutes for them to make 4 bars in front of us drinks. Won't go back to that one.

I have been coming to this location for quite a while now and have registered my phone number with them so I could benefit from their rewards program. After spending a LOT of my own money, I also used a $20 gift card I received, I asked the gal how many points I had. She informed me that I had 11 points. I decided not to question the balance at that time because I wanted to check with my family members to see if by chance they had used my points. I did in fact ask my husband and daughter, who have both purchased drinks for me, if they used my points and neither had. Today, I brought my dispute up with the clerk and she couldn't have cared less. I have been cheated out of at the least, 20 points. It would be my guess that the 4 times I was there personally, when I gave them my phone number, they either just didn't enter it or they put in another number so the points would go to someone else. Either way, it's a crappy way to do business. Unless a manager reaches out to me, I will no longer be doing business with this establishment.
