At this location right now the guy taking our order was rude and pushy the whole staff was unfriendly say in bad language the blast machine was broke there was no signs anywhere posted of it
App continues to lock up on payment screen and I have to reinstall to fix it. And now they make you apply coupon to get half price drinks. They fooled me when I placed my last order.
My experience at this franchised Sonic location was not only appalling, and frustrating, it was deeply disappointing. As someone who has frequented many Sonic restaurants and typically enjoys the quality of both food and service, this visit was not only unacceptable but also damaging to the integrity of your brand.
I was initially served food that was clearly past its prime — particularly the fries, which were stale, cold, and inedible. My order was incorrect on multiple occasions, demonstrating a troubling lack of care or quality control. Wanting to give the store a chance to correct the issue, I drove back to the location to speak with a manager directly. Unfortunately, what transpired next only worsened the experience.
I addressed my concerns with the person identified as the General Manager, Barbie. While I calmly explained the issue, she stood silently, visibly annoyed, and uninterested — offering no apology, acknowledgment, or professionalism. While I waited for my order to be remade, I observed her go behind the window and spend the entire time glued to her phone. At no point did she check on the food, engage with staff to ensure it was being corrected properly, or show even the most basic level of customer service.
When I received the replacement fries, they were somehow even worse than the original batch. It was clear they had simply been re-fried rather than freshly prepared. They were dry, tough, and incredibly hard — like biting into overcooked croutons. I was stunned that any restaurant would consider this an acceptable response to a customer complaint.
I later called the location to speak to the same manager, only to be met with further attitude and dishonesty. She claimed to have personally watched the cook drop fresh fries — a claim that was clearly false based on the quality of what I received. When I calmly pointed out the poor handling of the situation and asked for the owner’s contact information, she refused, stated she was the General Manager, and then abruptly hung up on me.
This experience was disgraceful from start to finish. The food quality was unacceptable, the service was negligent, and the management was completely unprofessional. I urge you to investigate this location and take appropriate corrective action. This franchise does not uphold the standards your loyal customers expect and deserve from the Sonic brand.
Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to this location. Barbie the “general manager” will make you lose your faith in humanity and customer service!
My husband and I waited at least 10 minutes at stall number 3. The red button was pressed several times and the screen said someone would be with us soon. No-one ever answered. We wound up leaving.

Today I came here to order the Southwest queso Crunch burrito, and what I got was too small chicken nuggets wrapped in the tortilla. I went to the window and returned it and got nearly the same thing back in return. Again I said this is not what I ordered so they brought me yet a third burrito, and it was a bacon burrito instead. Once again I said what is going on in your kitchen? And the man at the window said it's the kids in the back. I finally got the burrito I ordered, or something closer to what i ordered and it looked like the tortilla was simply wrinkled up and wadded into a ball with chicken inside. I don't know what's wrong with their crew tonight, it's only 7:00 on a Friday night, but apparently they don't appreciate the job they have and management needs to be aware of this. Please hire people who follow the rules and prepare the food accordingly.
ordered 2 meals and a wacky pack. They forgot the wacky pack after 5 minutes in the drive thru waiting. we circle back around cause its a little on us for not just waiting and checking the bags but having worked fast food I didn't want to destroy their drive times. we tell them we're missing it and circle back around. wait 5 more minutes for the same guy just to come to the window and ask what the wacky pack was again. he leaves. ANOTHER 5 MINUTES, and finally someone from the back cook team brings us our food. also the first time around they handed us the wrong drink and my husband had to correct them. not the worst location but it needs some managing
I usually only get drinks at Sonic but this place was the best that I've had in a long time. The ratios of mixes were perfect! And the young guy was a sweetheart!

This place is horrible all you do is wait. You order on the app and it's still a wait. I'm just going to stop going
I order frequently through the app, and when I get there, they push the button and it flashes on the screen- as if they are on the way with my order, and then I wait another 5 to 10 minutes before they actually come out. When I follow up by pushing the button, I usually get a rude response. Today it was Barbi… she interrupted me and told me that she was on the way out and then we proceeded to wait another five minutes before she actually arrived.
Forgot my drink and I ordered a hotdog with everything on it and got and plain ass hotdog I should've just went to the gas station and got one
