Bad customer service. I placed an order on the app for the wrong time and immediately called to ask to move it later and they said well we just started making your food so we’ll just hold it till then. Then the food will be cold and drink will be melted. Okay…this is why I don’t tip you.

I came here twice and it's been hard to find a sonic that makes my drink special how I like and each time I have come my drink was absolutely perfect so was my food. I wanna thank Roman for making my special Dr pepper really made my day knowing I found my "Go to spot" for sonic to have the best quality warm food and drinks made
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely enjoyed how kind they were to my child, made my kids drink perfectly. The whole team was super kind.

I'm very disappointed in Sonic's quality of the Sonic Blast ice cream. I ordered a medium Oreo cookie, Sonic Bladt, and it tasted like spoiled milk. Disgusting. I would never come to this place again.

We order drinks from here frequently and they are never marked and when you ask the staff which is which they are extremely rude. Most of the time the drinks aren’t even correct. I had to work as a teenager too; however, I didn’t take out on the customers. There is clearly no adult supervision or leadership of these kids. I do not recommend anyone come to this location.

I'm very disappointed in this Sonic. My son ordered on Christmas for me and the food was cold, I ordered a Buttery Brew and it was not included so my son had to make a trip to Sonic to get my drink. My chili Fritos had hardly any chili on it. I also tried calling to speak with a manager but after 4 attempts and no answer I had to give up. What a shame. I used to love Sonic.

Ordered for my mom and I on Christmas Day. My mom is handicapped so I wanted to pay for her meal and upon delivery, all the food was cold (we had to heat it up, when we live less than a mile away) and they forgot my mom's drink. So I had to go drive and get the Buttery Brew drink. And the delivery driver never answered me when I told him they forgot my drink. My mom tried to call the store 4 times and no one answered. People need to do better.
This sonic is really good, they are really good at making sure your food comes out hot! I’m weirdly obsessed with. The only reason I give the service 4 stars is because they can be a bit slow at times. But over all amazing!
And for the people who remember when they would give you your food while skating, a good chunk of the servers still do that!!!
