They need to shut down this location. I consistently keep getting items missing from my order and food not made how I asked. The workers and managers are very rude no matter what day you go on. I've gave them multiple chances but I don't think I can ever eat at this location! It's sucks as this is the closest location but I'll just have to drive further. This location ruins Sonic's reputation.

I went in for dinner yesterday after work and the food was terrible! My tots were burnt, my burger was burnt and had moldy bread! My shake had a long hair. The cashier lady and staff were very rude and we had a long wait in the drive thru. Don't come here stay away I got food poisoning from here!!

Overall the experience was good however, be careful sometimes their drinks are not what you ordered, for example, I ordered a large Dr. Pepper with sweet cream but the drink they brought tasted like a mix between old hotdog water and fluid that was sitting at the bottom of a waffle house dumpster... just saying... now, I will say they fixed it and I was happy for that... so good times

Idk what’s the point of allowing mobile orders if you’re going to force your customers to wait 15 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. For one food item and one soda.
The quality of everything at this location has gone to $#/! We do mobile orders and this morning we waited and watched 4 drive through people come in after us get helped first then another at a stall. My wife is now late getting ready for work and all we ordered was 3 drinks no food nothing else. We got our drinks right This morning, I say that because lately it's hit or miss. I order sweet tea and the new blond girl always gives me unsweetened or something else, idk if there out and not asking me if I would like something else or if she doesn't care??? When drinks are all you order you should get the right ones and THE RIGHT SIZE STRAWS TO DRINK THEM. When its a mobile order for drinks and people come into the drive through 25 to 30min after your sitting/waiting and they still get there drinks and food then leave.15min later I stood at the door made notice all our stuff had been sitting on the table I had my wife honk once not long or excessive but we needed to get home so she can get ready for work. Our experience today and last few weeks has been terrible. I want to say with all that it's disappointing, I always praised this location in the past as the absolute best in the valley. WHAT HAPPENED?!?!?!
I want to make note the manager decided wait to make everyone's things then just bring them all out at the same time. DEFINITELY DEFEATED THE REASON MOBILE ORDERS EXIST. This leads me to suspect it's a management program. Especially after reading the other reviews now it's truly sad.
I also see all you offer to anyone is a number to bring it to your attention, I thought that is what we did making the review. if you offer the number I'll follow up with it but I will also take a video of everyones post and complaints that you have dodged and share them with news as well as other social media outlets. You will be held accountable I was very disturbed reading your reviews and to find out it's not random mistakes. There's neglect or negligence going on somewhere.

Ordered online and the food and drinks were ready in an appropriate amount of time. Once I reached home and opened the food. Realized the 2 combos were not in the bag, only one and it was nothing I ordered. Drinks were correct though. Once coming back to the location after 40 minutes from the ordered time, I received the correct food. Frustrating this has happened twice, ordering online but receiving incorrect food.

Worst customer service ever. Definitely do you good to hire a new manager because the girl on shift tonight was so rude. We waited an hour and we were somehow inconveniencing her.

They forgot the cheese on the burgers and the patty was crumbled. The fries were way too salty. And for it being a large it was half full. It was a waste getting food from here.

Most rudest employees at this location. Got home after waiting almost 45 min for one meal. And had to throw it away . The burger was a weird color and inedible. The workers just smirk at u when asking for correct items. Beware of eating here . Still waiting for corporate office to follow up with me. Please fix this sonic .
Also any good review has to be from employees or their families. No way anyone has had good or decent service here. One review is a confirmed employee for sure!!!

This Sonic is a mess, and that’s on management. Orders are wrong, food’s cold, staff is untrained, and nobody seems to care. Terrible leadership shows in every visit.
