So nice of them to make a pot of coffee fresh for me. Make sure the lids on it because I now have burns all over my hand. He over filled and didn't have the lid on it. I realize it was an accident but my hand had blisters on it. DO BETTER!!!

I want to give a huge shout-out to the Sonic on the corner of Williams Field & Val Vista in Gilbert! We came through during the busy Halloween rush for the 50-cent corn dogs, and even with the chaos, the service was outstanding.
A special thank-you to Amy S. — she went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect. She verified everything carefully, greeted us with a warm smile, and delivered service with an amazing attitude and great energy. It truly made our experience top-notch!
Hats off to this location for hiring exceptional people like Amy. Fantastic job and thank you for the great service!

If you ever want Sonic please, please, please find a different location.This place is the absolute worse!!!!!
1. Crispy chicken sandwich was not cooked fully.
2. Smash burgers was thrown in the container, an absolute mess in the container. Asked for no onion, add green chilies, well, got onions and no green chilies. 3. Ordered a pretzel and mozzarella sticks, received no marinara sauce or cheese for either.
4. Ordered chicken nuggets and asked for bbq dipping sauce, they wanted to charge for it, said no sauces come with chicken nuggets.... that's insane.
All these issues were from just 1 visit and 1 order.
STAY AWAY from this location until the owner hires new people, everyone from the food cooking, food prep, assembly, and ordering was a disaster.

Tyler was full of attitude approaching my vehicle and all but threw my food into my vehicle. I did not eat any of it. Called # on receipt and no one ever returned my call. Val Vista Rd& Williams Field Rd location. Will never return!!!

I ended up contacting customer service to file a complaint. The manager on staff this morning was not only rude but combative. I have always had problems with orders being wrong, rude service and even had my order smell like Marijuana and it wasn't until today that it was an even worse situation and i had to call. Skip this location. Ive been trying this location for 5 years and it only gets worse. I will never go back to this location.
The customer service agent i spoke with from the contact list was kind and helpful though.

camryn is the best guy ever he is so nice and super cool! he is an amazing worker because on saturday a bunch of my friends came to sonic at like 12 at night and camryn served us all and he would never stop the grind we love him so much give him a raise broo! and the food was absolutely amazing

If you order through the app then you will wait for up to an hour to get your food. You get the deal price. If you pay full price at the drive through then you get your food within 5 to 10 minutes. So you see who has priority.

I may or may not drink 4 44 ounces a day. And the team is fantastic. The app is not super user-friendly, but the mix on the soda is fantastic.

Ordered two *plain* double cheeseburgers and got home only to realize both were made completely wrong — loaded with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. When I went to scrape it off, one of the patties looked *half-eaten*. Absolutely disgusting. Ended up throwing the food away. Not acceptable. Gross!

I'm so sad. I used to love Sonic. I think this is our second time visiting this specific location and I guess for good reason. It is so hard to get a good meal at Sonic anymore but now it's just getting to the point where the food is literally inedible. Tonight I placed a $58 order for the family and the onion rings were inedible and if you don't believe me look at the pictures. I had a measly few onion rings that were burnt to nothing. My child's chicken tenders were small, pathetic and so over cooked she could barely bite them. Like fried chicken jerky. I don't know why Sonic changed their fries AGAIN but this time they're awful. They're so greasy and hard, more like greasy chip sticks than fries. I'm so sad 😭😢

Sonic has been really pushing mobile orders, so you’d think they’d be handling them well right?
We ordered via mobile, then pulled into one of the mobile ordering spots and let them know which spot we were in.
Once we had checked in the móviles app seemed to act as if we’d already received our order - so we didn’t have any status updates.
We sat at our stall watching others who weren’t mobile orders pull up, order, and collect their order. Meanwhile we still sat..
Eventually we decided to pull through the drive thru to see what was going on - they seemed caught off guard by our order which we confirmed multiple times was for the location we were at.
They took our phone to prepare what we had ordered, so it seemed they had no idea about our mobile order. They gave us fries instead of tots, and a hard pretzel.
Don’t push mobile ordering if your locations aren’t equipped/prepared to handle them..
