I go to sonic pretty consistently but this trip was absolutely horrible. Ordered through the app and it took FOREVER to get the food when we got there even though there was only 1 other person there. My wife and I took 2 bites of our food and we both threw up from it.

As always, a great experience at Sonic. Only had 1 undercooked coney. That was at the Ahwatukee Store more than 10 years ago. Highly recommend!

Terrible service the cashier should not be working with customers. Too focused on his headphones playing music. Cant even make sure all burgers are in the bag. Cant communicate for shit. Just rude really

Hubby and I tried ordering from here twice now and both times it's like they forgot our order. Once in person and tonight with Uber. We waited over an hour to get our food.
No one there is helpful.

We've all had this kind of fast food experience; after a few unappetizing bites the food is discarded and the waiting game begins- waiting to see if the franchise has just sickened you with their poorly prepared fare.

It happens everyday at every franchised carryout restaurant - I just happened to be the victim of this particular Sonic site. Poorly made food eaten in my car. This is not even a decent dining experience.

Honestly, no change will ever come to the fast food industry because we keep going back. We accept the mediocre meals(and occasional gastrointestinal maladies) for the convenience of it all. A reckoning is needed- a nationwide rejection of this sort of culinary malfeasance. I won't hold my breath.

I don't know how it's so hard to get an order right, but more often then not this place manages to do just that. Once again, the shake I ordered was made wrong. Can you train your staff to pay attention & make orders correctly please?

So unless you order using their app, all drinks are double price, go figure. 2 x 44oz cherry limeade was almost 10 bucks

We just sat in the parking slots for over 30 minutes after clicking on our online order to say we were there. 30 minutes. The kid who brought our order out to us seemed very upset and did not have good customer service. We purposefully order ahead to try and make it easier for the employees. We were the only ones parked for a bit, and two cars who arrived after us left before we got our food. It took us ringing the alert button TWICE for anyone to even say anything. Extremely disappointed and somebody needs to get corporate to fix this place.

The server was awesome, he was super nice. The food was not so awesome. I had ordered a chilli cheese coney combo and my other half ordered the extra long chili cheese coney. Both the chilli cheese coney lacked chilli and cheese they put very little on them, my cherry limeade was also skimpy on the cherry. The only things that were tasty this visit, was the tater tots, French fries, and the pickle fries. All the sides were pretty good. But the main dish the chilli cheese coneys was a huge disappointment
