Come here multiple times a week. The staff is upbeat and positive no matter how busy. They even have learned my name and greet us as we enter.

This location makes the best chai and matcha drinks. I will drive out of my way just because this is my favorite location. I don't know but they always get my order right ❤️

Edit- tried it out since its been a few months and still one of the closest to my house. 3 cars including me took 21 minutes to get through the drive through. The two cars in front of me both had one drink.
No apology or anything. Still rude employees regardless if there was an apology.

If you want to get through the drive thru faster than 20 minutes- don't go here. They operate at a snails pace, no matter how many cars are there. I've frequented this location at least 7 times because it's the closest to my home, and each time they have messed up my fairly simple drink. If you ask them to fix it, be prepared for MAJOR attitude and eye rolling. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile to the other location

Someone give Garrett the biggest raise. He’s attentive, great at multitasking and even remembers customer names. Sat in the shop for an hour and he greeted every customer that came in all with a smile on his face. He definitely deserves some recognition and a nice bonus or raise.

Ordered a vanilla almond milk matcha latte. First time it was not blended at all chunks of matcha powder is all i got when i sipped it. Came back and a lady remade it and still same thing. So then a red haired lady comes and she says its because they changed the matcha powder to unsweetened but im like that has NOTHING to do with making sugar and something is blended properly. she got it to fully blend the third time but taste like no vanilla or classic pump was added i just gave up honestly won't be back

I went to the drive through for an iced matcha and a pup cup. The person at the window was polite but unfortunately my the matcha is undrinkable. It is very dark green, bitter, and has clumps of matcha powder throughout the cup. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a refund by sending pictures of the drink and my bank statement since I was unable to return to this location. I was told that there was nothing they could do since I didn’t pay through the app or have hard copy receipt (the cashier did not give or offer me one). I completely understand if this is their policy it’s just disappointing to have paid for something that I can’t even enjoy.

This Starbucks location is usually pretty reliable, I tried a brown sugar oat milk cortado a couple weeks ago and loved it. But I've ordered it twice since then and it tastes like it has no sweetener at all... disappointing.

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks in history. I’ve gone to Starbucks almost every day for 15 years, different states. And although I still enjoy this location cause it’s nearby, it’s INSANE how slow they are. Each car waits easy 10-15min even on their slowest day in an empty drive thru, can’t even tell you how bad it is when it’s busy. 25min

My girlfriend and I went through the drive through, wanting a peppermint hot chocolate and Carmel apple spice drink. Even though they were out of peppermint, Sterling and Chris pulled through and were able to scrape up enough just for me. When they realized they were out of apple juice, they gave an amazing recommendation and exceeded all expectations. Best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.

Everyone here is sooo nice!! I have walked in for my order and have done drive thru a few times and each time I have the best experience. They leave you feeling better than when you came in.

I went through the drive thru, they made the wrong thing, when I asked for them to fix it they gave an tiny cup full of flavoring and it still tasted wrong. Then I went inside and had them remake it, and they made it wrong again. At that point I was just done and left but I'm not drinking that, so it was a waste of $9. I don't recommend this location at all. They're terrible.
