I don’t know why whenever I come here they never are ready to take your order in the drive through. I usually come at 5:30am and even they say hello and wait. I don’t get why they can never take your order. Today I was the only one even there and same thing. Poor management and customer service.

I have been here since they opened and unfortunately we are moving to maricopa thanks to everyone for serving me, the diva ally and the poo poo man!! Everyone has been so nice and not one rude person in 8 years!

The SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot! Seriously though management needs to train the employees better, they can’t work under pressure and always seem so flustered with no organization.

We ordered after drinks and a few snacks, even got a new tumbler for the misses. They will use the tumbler and even rinsed it out for us. They warmed the food and you can ask for your cookie to not be warmed, but it tastes so much better. The location is busy so expect a wait. We were surprised our drinks for the family came out before the food did. Overall everything was ordered correctly, atmosphere was lively and clean.

Horrendously slow. Spent over 20 minutes in the drive through picking up a mobile order placed 15 minutes before arriving. Then at the window they didn’t even open it for another 5 minutes. Ask for my order and she said she would check if it the second drink is ready.GO

Slowest Starbucks Ever! I've never experienced such consistently slow service in my life!Every time I order here, it feels like I'm stuck in a never-ending waiting game. Whether it's a simple coffee or a more complex drink, it takes an eternity for my order to be ready. I've been to Starbucks locations all over, and this one stands out as the slowest by far. It's disappointing because Starbucks is known for its quick and convenient service, but that's definitely not the case here.

Went into Starbucks on 11/19/23 to have them activate a non working gift card I purchased and the barista had no clue on how to make the correct transaction so she called the manager on duty. Manager on duty refused to assist as she had a facemask on and did not assist. They referred me to the 800 number which they could have easily fixed the issue. Manager on duty was simply rude!

No more free PAPER water Cups, On my Authority. Only starBucks Water Bottles and Single use 8 oz Paper cups with a limit of 2 per order. After 2 you buy water bottles or ask; WAYMO google, lyft and uber to pay workers water taxes to increase workers pay per order completed.

My favorite Starbucks! Every time I go there, everyone is always so friendly and kind. Drinks always taste amazing and I love how you can tell the workers are having a good time.
