Whatever gentlemen you had working there tonight was a disgrace to Starbucks and the Safeway. I almost don't want to shop at this Safeway anymore because of who they employeed for a Starbucks within their store. Its a reflection of the store its in. The kid had 2 drinks to make. I was waiting for more that 10 minutes seeing him forget what he was doing. Constantly looking confused. Taking a coffee shot on . Pulling out and texting on his cell phone. Not even looking me in the eyes while he continued to look stoned. Oh and the person who was finally getting his drink I watched the employee cough not covering his mouth while looking down at the drink before he put a top on it. Disgusting. Never will go there again. Possibly not the Safeway ether. I'll take my buisness to frys across the street.

I was upset because I went through a whole thing detailed conversation with the young lady who was at the drive thru regarding my order as far as NOT wanting coffee in my Frappuccino and when I got it ,it was made with coffee. I let the young lady know and she re made a drink but,was irritating because she stated that she said it had caffeine in it.... that is not what she said

Better than Jamba Juice coffee, that's for sure! No one wants bitter coffee from a dead expresso shot. The employees get training on how to make a great coffee effortlessly every time. Very fast service and delivery pickup.

Ordered a Venti caramel macchiato through door dash and received a 1/4 cup of hot chocolate. When we called to complain they wouldn’t accept their screw up. I will never go there again.
