It was good a few years ago. We decided to try it out again yesterday and were disappointed. I ordered 2 different items, one of which was Caramel Frappuccino Decaf. The server first made it something, but what we have asked for. After he tried again the mix was terrible high sugar liquid with some caramel and no coffee. In addition this one medium size plus one Coffee Latte Whole Milk Large was over $14. Crazy both prices and quality. Won't come again since got a very good coffee machine at home and won't lose my time and money for that anymore. 2 strs just because it was good several years ago, not anymore.

This location they always great service they never complain when I just want to sit there and get work done. The owner is very very gracious I left a bad review it was false. I didn’t know that I needed to download the app in order to use the wifi And ignorantly posted a undeserved bad review i deleted that i apologize for my stupidity. I found out by accident when ordering i used the app on my phone and the wifi connected i feel so bad now.

Always love ❤️ Starbucks pretty much anywhere, I don’t go often but when I do, it’s usually a great experience and I love they’ll redo your drink if you don’t like it that way I can try some new things from time to time???

Atlas and Alex are amazing with customer service and fast to make the drinks. Alex got started right away making ours and Atlas was easy to talk to and explain the drinks. Definitely would drive out of my way to come to this specific store due to them. Drinks were made DELICIOUS by Alex as well.

I was picking up two DoorDash orders, waited over 20 minutes near the “mobile order pickup” area without anyone asking if I’ve been helped just to find out the “DoorDash pickup” area was toward the back of the store. I thought they were just really busy until I finally asked a barista about the orders I was picking up. I just don’t understand why the “mobile orders” & “DoorDash orders” are located in separate areas.

I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch CREME Frappuccino and made sure to clarify no coffee/caffeine with the barista twice before paying. (I have a really bad caffeine sensitivity and can't have coffee). She gave me one with coffee and told me it was Creme, and was really rude to me when I asked them to remake it (I've worked in food service so I try to be polite when asking, so I don't think I was in the wrong).
