This Starbucks goes above and beyond! I called last night with a specific request to help with our school’s class party and they were responsive, helpful, and accommodating. This morning when I came to pick up my order they were extremely kind and generous and honored my request even better than I could have expected. Special shout out to Tina, the manager for being so helpful. They made our class party dreams come true! Thank you thank you!

Just went through the drive thru here. Took way too long and I could see my order sitting on the counter for half the time. No sense of how to get an order out in a timely manner. Drink and food were correct. Whipped cream melted by the time I got it though. Frustrating watching them make order after order and not hand mine to me. There were three other drinks sitting for drive thru by the time I got mine. No apology for the wait.

Very clean but only few places to sit on a hot summers day

I’ve come here a lot over the past 6 months (nearly every day) and the employees are always very nice. However, this might be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every single time I go, it takes forever to get my food/drink. Like, waiting in the drive thru for 15 mins when there’s only 1-2 cars ahead of me. Same with service inside. Just wish they’d move with a little more purpose

I felt that the employees kept urging us to buy to be inside. We normally socialize and buy at our own pace. I’m a loyal customer and this new way of Starbucks doing business makes me feel like I don’t want to go there to socialize. I feel that after the Starbucks stock went down they are figuring stuff out and this is NOT IT!

I am a regular customer who comes here all the time. I asked To get my water bottle filled tonight since I’m studying and didn’t want a crazy sugar drink tonight and was denied water… like what? I was Very respectful and just confused, stunned absolutely speechless. I wasn't asking for free plastic cups or anything, just wanted my reusable tumbler filled with basic water and the guy said they won’t fill it up. Since when did Starbucks deny people water? Will no longer be purchasing coffee with this company anymore. There are plenty other companies who will give people water on a hot day like the humane thing to do. I’ll be giving those other places my business from now on. This was just crazy.
