Have been going to this Starbucks for years and usually pretty good but last few months the cold brew has been off. I get it black and it doesn’t taste strong and watered down. Thought maybe Starbucks changed their beans or something but every other Starbucks has been the same strong coffee taste in their cold brews. I’ll still come for other drinks or food but will be going elsewhere for cold brews.

This location is by far the worst as far as customer service goes. The morning crew is never friendly and 9/10 times messes up your order. There’s little to no interaction, you order, pull through for them to hand your drink out the window and then close it without speaking.

We love coming to this Starbucks in the morning. They are busy but so amazingly efficient and organized. We’re always greeted when we pick up our mobile order. The space is bright with tons of natural light.
always make my drink exactly how i like it but the drive thru workers sometimes try too hard to be friendly. they will interrupt my conversations and are a little slow.

I ordered strawberry acai today at the drive thru. When I got my drink it did not have strawberries. I asked the lady at the window why my drink doesn’t have strawberries. Ahe seemed surprised and asked me if I wanted strawberries in it. I said of course. So she took my drink back and came back with strawberries in it. I asked her if strawberry acai always has strawberries and she said yes. I asked why mine didn’t have it. She said that it’s probably because they ran out. Then why did she come back with strawberries in my drink? She straight faced made up a story or she blatantly lied?
