I’ve had to throw away my London Fog With vanilla sweet cream, at least three times in the last month because they are not making it correctly. I pay extra for the sweet cream and they give me a London Fog with no sweetener. They need to learn how to make drinks. I won’t be coming to this location anymore.

It sure matters who you have up front greeting customers. The two brunette girls at the pickup counter were so rude and condescending this morning. I asked if this was where I order (first time in! And there is no “order here” sign) they thought that was the stupidest question they’d ever had! But frankly no one goes in to spend money to be laughed at. Cashier was great, but experience was shot already. Drink is good, as usual. But I can get good coffee somewhere that has a mature staff.

The service at this location is always good. However, the drink quality of the drip coffee can be inconsistent. A lot of times it tastes burnt. But staff is very friendly.

This Starbucks location was clean, and the customer service was satisfactory. However, I encountered an issue during my visit. I was the only customer in line inside the store when I placed my order in the afternoon. I then waited for approximately 15 minutes for my drink, observing numerous drive-thru orders being fulfilled before mine. Eventually, I approached the counter to inquire about my order, asking if my drink was ready as I felt I had been waiting for a considerable amount of time. The employee informed me that my drink had been prepared and was set aside. They had not called my name or indicated that it was ready for pickup, and it had been sitting unattended. The employee apologized, stating they had become sidetracked. It was notable that there were very few other customers inside the store at the time. I was quite displeased with this experience, as my drink had been ready and sitting while I waited, causing my iced beverage to become diluted. I have not encountered such an issue at other Starbucks locations.

This store always makes drinks wrong. They never fail at making it wrong. Every single time I get a DoorDash and they pick it up from the store, It is wrong. I never go here on purpose. They need to be trained by the Starbucks on the 202 and Santan because they know how to do it right every single time.

The staff at this location is amazing! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The manager Megan is a total sweetheart. I always love coming here and will continue to do so. Thanks for making my mornings better!

I asked for extra ice and got barely any at all. I also asked for 8 oz of cold milk and they said “we don’t have 8 oz cold drinks” am I really supposed to believe you can’t pour 8 oz of milk into a cup and serve it to me?
