Shorted my order. Gave us only two cake pops not three. Theft and my kid is sad 😔

Joined the drive thru line at about 11:35am. Waited until 11:59, where the manager(?) came out with us literally the next car in line with 3 behind us to place cones in front of ours and tell us they were closed and not accepting anyone else. There was enough room for us to enter the drive thru itself and the cones were placed in front of us as we were creeping in. Understanding that they can’t be open all day, but they should’ve placed it behind the final car in the drive thru (again, it would’ve only been 4 extra cars) instead of telling people who had been waiting close to 30mins that they wouldn’t accept anyone else.

Paid $6.41 for a venti Frap Cappuccino and, boy, was it delicious. Service behind the counter was fast & in cheerful spirits. Unfortunately, the line through the drive-thru was very long in comparison to the line inside. Parking was becoming limited in the afternoon causing traffic to congest.

This is my least favorite Starbucks in the area. I occasionally stop by when I’m getting my car washed nearby, but every time I do, the drinks are disappointing and don’t taste like they should. Sometimes they even have a sour milk flavor or seem poorly made. The service isn’t great either—the person at the window is usually rude, which is very unlike the typical Starbucks experience. This location could really use retraining on drink preparation, customer service, and cleanliness. My drinks often come with coffee dripping down the sides. After today, I think it’ll be my last visit to this location. I hate to leave a review like this but after being disappointed so many times and feeling like I wasted money I couldn’t help but to let you all know.

The music in this location is SO LOUD.oh my gosh its just over powering. You can't hear yourself think. Maybe that's the goal. The barista's are great, but the music could be turned down-by a lot. I heard others complaining of this too while in there meeting a friend.

The 12 year old in the striped shirt wasn’t paying any attention while I was ordering (8/18 at 11:20am) and messed up every item in the order
Today was the last time I will ever visit this store. This is the 2nd time I have gotten a drink like this in the matter of a week or so. REALLY!!!! How disgusting, I thought the first time was a mistake but 2x in a week!! Not good. So sad!

Last time I will deal with this store. You literally need to have 30 minutes if you order through the mobile order system. Today I thought 20 minutes would be sufficient from the time I ordered until the time I needed to be on my way to an appointment. But no, I wasted redeeming my 200 stars and had to leave before getting my order. I don’t know if they are backburnering mobile orders or what but you will stand and wait forever. The irony of today if that when I pulled in the parking lot my app said my order was ready. I have never had this issue with any other store. Never ever again especially considering what I spend with this company

I always have a fantastic experience at this location. You're greeted the moment you walk in the door (or at least I am) and the staff is cheerful and fast. And they are always processing a ton of mobile orders so it's not like they're twiddling their thumbs...these guys are really go getters.

I have ordered both the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and the Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso many times before, and the Oatmilk makes it really creamy and yummy. I am not sure what happened at the Higley Rd and Queen Creek Rd location today, but both of the Espresso's were bitter and not creamy at all. It is very disappointing to pay $14.00 for 2 drinks and to feel like you have to force it down because you paid that much for it. I will probably think twice before visiting this location again...

Fun place to hang out with decent employees but in my opinion extremely overpriced. If you go to meet somebody, don’t go to eat and have a coffee you can go to Whole Foods and purchase a month supply for the cost you pay at
