Music was way too loud. Unable to have a conversation or concentrate on any kind of business meeting, reading, relaxing.

This store always makes drinks wrong. They never fail at making it wrong. Every single time I get a DoorDash and they pick it up from the store, It is wrong. I never go here on purpose. They need to be trained by the Starbucks on the 202 and Santan because they know how to do it right every single time.

The staff at this location is amazing! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The manager Megan is a total sweetheart. I always love coming here and will continue to do so. Thanks for making my mornings better!

I asked for extra ice and got barely any at all. I also asked for 8 oz of cold milk and they said “we don’t have 8 oz cold drinks” am I really supposed to believe you can’t pour 8 oz of milk into a cup and serve it to me?

For some reason this specific location has a hard time getting drinks right. I order the same couple things from different locations and this is the only one that struggles to make a good tasting coffee. It’s unfortunate as I would love to go here more often but I can’t justify spending money for something I know I won’t like

honestly 9/10 times the employees will make you feel like you're presence is an inconvenience to them. they'll give u the wrong stuff 5/10 times. if you order food hot 9/10 times it'll come cold. honestly just look at what happens when you order light ice (pic below) it's almost funny because like WHAT? they don't greet you like every other person under the sun would. it's hey what can I get for you🫥 okay 15.45🫥. and they'll hand u ur stuff and say NOTHING not even Bye have a good day. no matter how nice you are to them too. it's honestly just odd behavior like if u hate ur job making well above minimum wage, getting tips, and free college then just quit and go back to ur sad life..

Incredibly rude employees. The person at the window never so much as said hello or acknowledged us between scanning our apps and forking over our drinks. This has happened three times in a row now, despite our willingness to be patient with a location we used to like.
The person who took our order audibly groaned and complained when our drink order had more than two items on it, and when we received our drinks they were practically crammed full of ice to the point there was barely any actual drink in the cup.
Someone needs to get these people in order, because their attitudes + work ethics are god awful. These employees need to stop their gossipy chit-chat and actually acknowledge their customers when they're in front of them.
