Just stopped by here this morning for sandwiches and drinks. The drive through was busy even on Easter, but it was quick! Our sandwiches were hot and the young lady at the window, I believe her name was Solace, was super friendly and a fun person to talk to while we were waiting! My iced caramel macchiato was perfect! Good job Solace and other employees!!

Probably one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Pickup orders shouldn’t take priority over orders in line.

Seems like they weren’t taught to handle orders properly. Drive thru, order ahead and in store orders are out of control. If I come in and order then it shouldn’t take longer than 15 minutes to get a tea. Need management to hold another training to help get their people to learn how to control all three ways to order.

Was there this morning for a meeting at 6am, yes on a Saturday. The music was so flipping loud we couldn't hear each other let alone think. We asked if they could turn it down a bit. Didn't happen we left. Will never use that location again for a meeting.

I waited 30 minutes yesterday for a coffee I ordered ahead. It happens often, and I don’t have this problem at any other location. There’s always a bunch of staff, half of them are chit chatting with each other or customers. Full on conversations. They also made two orders incorrectly while I was there waiting for mine.At the very least, tell me on the app that my order will take 30 minutes because staff needs to socialize.Thankfully Starbucks is everywhere! I won’t be back to this location. Terrible customer service.

Without a doubt I can always count on Starbucks (and especially this location) for a consistently great cup of black coffee. Whether the daily Pike’s Place blend or an Americano, always hits the spot. And if you haven’t tried the egg bites…you’re missing out!

Drive thru is a priority over in store customers. Waited 15 mins for my food. My food sat on the counter with the wrong name on it. Servers were barely loud enough to hear. Approx 20 drinks just sitting on the counter while in store customers were made to wait a long time. Customers were receiving food with no drinks. Very very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I just moved to Gilbert this month from CA and this has been my go-to starbucks since and every single visit they have great hospitality and customer service. First day I went, I went to study and didn't purchase anything, however one of the workers brought me a complimentary tea which was a great first experience. Next time I came through the drive thru, they forgot my cheese danish or maybe I left too soon to get it but I called back and they were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a freshly warm danish. The cherry on top for this review was today's experience when the worker handed me my drink and left the sweetest note! This locations attitude is positive and kind and just spreading kindness in their messages can make a persons day like it did mine.
