First time at this location and my last time as well. I came here specifically for a holiday beverage and this location was out of all of them. They offered no discount for lack if menu items but sure wanted a tip at the counter. The business failed it's employees today as I dont tip for subpar menu items. The service was also not very friendly about the situation. Coffee Rush is 1 block away from here and I will opt to go there in the future.

Cranberry Bliss Bar Perfection + Amazing Customer Service
I ordered a Cranberry Bliss Bar from Starbucks and WOW — this thing is divine. The icing is amazing and tastes so fresh and homemade. It’s sweet, but not overbearing, and the cranberry flavor really comes through in every bite.
I also pulled up about four minutes before closing, and the team was incredibly helpful. They didn’t rush me at all, answered my questions about the pastries, and helped me choose the right one. They greeted me with warm smiles and even gave me a genuine “have a nice night” as I left. The customer service was amazing.

Staff were on their phones for a while before I was even acknowledged. About 1 car in the drive through so it wasn’t even busy. I totally get it if the drive through is stacked but to be sitting on your phones while I’ve waited 10+ minutes is a joke.

Ask for nitro add sweet cream and this is what I got mostly some sort of cream with watered down nitro.
How awful to have racism in the places we enjoy the most, to write on the cup have an ice day is heartbreaking and for the manager to say that is was a PUN is even worse, and there is nothing that we can do about it.
