My shaken espresso is not shaken, my iced coffee had the wrong syrup and cream. The girl working seems to be stressed and alone so I don't say anything because I know she is trying but the quality one gets at a grocery store location is definitely not the quality you get at a stand alone location. I may have to start walking the extra 2 miles to get what I order. ?
