This was one of the friendliest and most efficient Starbucks I've ever been to. I had an order for 20 drinks plus 20 different items of food. They handled it with ease and efficiency plus they were friendly and helpful, going the extra mile. Thank you!!!

I came to this Starbucks after ordering a drink from another location that tasted bad. The employees here were very receptive to my complaint and helped with a remake of my drink very quickly and did a great job overall, the drink tasted great.

Starby’s Gilbert & Baseline - usually roll thru the DT but decided to walk in to store today. Not sure how he recognized me but Caleb knew my drink order and started it right off the jump. This kind of top notch customer service is rare nowadays especially in a large corporate setting. He is obvii a rockstar employee! Looks sharp, sounds great and nailed the service skills. The drive thru asked if we wanted extra shots and cold foam in our drinks. We said just cold foam. I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches and it was over $35! I asked when i pulled up if that was correct he said yes. I said two drinks and two sandwiches is $35. He said yes. I paid and when I pulled up my receipt online, I was charged for 8 shots plus cold foam. Those drinks were almost $9 a piece. On top of that… they were almost undrinkable due to the amount of caffeine and the taste of them wasn’t that great. I realize prices are going up for certain things and Starbucks is a luxury and I don’t have a problem paying … I do have a problem with being over charged for bad service and an item that was poorly executed.

Thank you to the two guys who I guess opened the store on Saturday. When I was panicking about my phone not being charged to make the payment, They said “we’ll just chill out until it’s charged and do it then”.

Store was shown as open on Google hours for Christmas afternoon but went there 3 hours prior to close and doors were locked with workers inside. About 8 cars parked, checked doors, and left in the time we were there. Guessing they chose to close the doors early despite being the only advertised as open shop in the area.

The service here was so rude, I don't mind friendly chatting but the front cashier took over 5 minutes yapping to her friend and never got to me- the manager had to get me from the side and said nothing as she kept ignoring me. I literally had to reach around her friend to even pay. Least favorite Starbucks location so far, wouldn't recommend.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks every day since they opened (except when they did their renovation). I’ve always had a great experience and love the staff. I’m so sad that I have been getting watered down iced coffee a few times recently or with too much ice that I can’t even stir my drink. Or, the coffee is literally so light, the color of tea. The coffee is over 5 dollars and it’s seemingly to be less worth the price as time goes on. I’m happy to keep going, I just wish there wasn’t diluting of the coffee. ?

It’s a great place to stop and pickup. A great location off some main roads. But trying to work from here is impossible. It is ssssooooo loud. I understand that not all locations are meant for us that like to work out of the house or that are digital nomads but the music is sssoo loud it’s unbearable.

The staff is great though and you can tell they work hard to maintain the lobby. The bathrooms were kind of rough. With no hand towels people won’t use the hand dryer so the door handle was soaking wet. Which is super gross.

I ordered an iced Americano, but when I first took a sip, it was extremely bitter. Looking at the bottom of the cup, I noticed coffee grounds floating around. As someone with a barista certification, I believe the machine wasn’t properly cleaned. This isn’t a complaint, but rather a suggestion for improvement. I hope the store can address this issue. On the other hand, the staff's service was excellent, and the chairs were very comfortable.
