Don’t waste your time at this locationThey need to close this!! There is a drive thru literally across the street!!!I tried to do something nice and get a Starbucks for my GF. Waited 5 min just to be acknowledged. Then waited another few minutes and just walked away!!! (No good deed goes unpunished)The girl didn’t say anything!!!!What a joke!!! Get out of customer service if you can’t even do the basics!!

My white chocolate mocha was disgusting. My banana bread tasted like it’s been sitting out all week. They also wouldn’t scan my account for points and told me I had to have a physical Starbucks card to receive points.

I went to pick up a coffee this Saturday at 7:30 and had to wait for the curly haired barista to stop talking to her blonde friend and when I tried to order a coffee she told me she cleaned the espresso machine for the night and could only make a tea or a refresher. I was there last week at the same time and got coffee without a problem from another two women so she just cleaned up early and did not want to make coffee. Very rude experience.

The overall service here is mostly pleasant but the last time, the lady didn't know what she was doing. Don't know if she is new or just having a bad day. Still didn't stop me from coming back. Try out the new Chocolate Cream Cold Brew.

I use to go to this sbuxs often but decided to save money and make decaf coffee at home with my Nespresso. The girls are genuinely super sweet and friendly. They always make your drink to perfection. Now I only go maybe once a month or less but they always provide great service. They had a beautiful cup in the beginning of summer and I didn't get a chance to buy it so disappointing but I attached a pic of it to remind myself if it ever comes back to the store. Yay to my 500th review!

Bridget was having a grand ol' time talking crap about an ex-colleague with a friend/customer. I waited for a while for my drink and realized that it was already set out for me to grab but she never called it out. Both her and another guy colleague had to get into the conversation. Makes you feel really awkward as a customer.
