stood there for 5 minutes as they 2 employees didnt even acknowledge my existence although I made eye contact with both not a word was spoken to me like I didn't even exist completely appalled at how horrible their customer service skills are needless to say I left and went to a different location craziness

HORRIBLE!!! Two workers were working and took 20 mins to make my drink. When I left and tasted my drink it had no flavor and tasted water downed (I got the double chocolate chip) They ask for a name of the drink but won’t call it out. ? Go to another starbucks!!!

The guy made my drink wrong then proceeded to argue with me saying it would taste the same as the one I ordered. Awful service.
The Barista Tomas was on his phone the whole time while waiting for milk to heat up, between helping customers, while customers were paying. Very inefficient and frustrating.
My food and drink were not ready. Amd they had no idea of what good I hard ordered. Not good service
