The store manager, Helen, is described as amazing, but the sheer volume of customers during peak hours can make it feel like herding cats. The drive-thru line can move slowly, particularly between 8am-10am. Some customers feel that the price points are too high. The food at Starbucks meets the brand's standard and is suitable for commuting. The turkey sage seasonal danish and the sugar plum one are delicious. The cafe is an orderly and clean facility, though some note it is not kept as clean as most Starbucks do and tables are not wiped down often enough. They also run out of favorite food items often.
The staff at this location are highly regarded for their work with large drink orders, with some baristas providing excellent customer service.
