Visited on Christmas Eve. There was a picket line outside composed of Starbucks baristas. At first I couldn't tell what it was and thought it was a charity car wash. Inside the music was turned up loud to drown out the shouting. The turkey sage seasonal danish was delicious, as well as the sugar plum one. Fast service, orderly and clean facility.

Update your store hours on holidays. Drove by today Christmas Eve around 2pm and it was closed. Why? It’s Christmas Eve lol it’s not even Christmas yet. 😑

The service started out terrible. We were not acknowledged at the counter by the 7 employees wandering around aimlessly. Finally, an employee came from the back to take our order, but did not provide the receipt. About 20 minutes pass, several other costumers order and receive their drinks before I say anything. The lady that I complained to was very rude. And miraculously after I complained, the drink sorting on the counter near the drive-through window turned out to be my daughter's drink. I assume the manager was the lady I spoke with and she was the worst at customer service. Completely dismissive and didn't even acknowledge that they served multiple people with similar drinks before us that ordered well after we did. I never complain, as I understand people have off days, but this was absolutely unacceptable. Dunkin donuts will now get my daughter's business.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It is consistently slow on Sundays, taking upwards of 15 to 20 minutes waiting in the drive-through. Myself and several others backed out and left this Starbucks today.

They don't keep it as clean here as most Starbucs do. Whenever I go in I always come out feeling a bit sticky because they don't wipe their tables down often enough, Also, the run out of my favorite food items often.
