This location takes an extremely long time to prepare anything. You’ll be waiting for over 15 minutes for 1 single item. Even the drive thru takes an unusual amount of time to sit and wait even if there’s only 2 cars

Poor customer service — they messed up my coffee I paid $8 for and when I brought it to their attention they seemed annoyed. Maybe if your teenage staff knew how to use your pos system and enter orders correctly you wouldn’t have this issue.

Very rude and unfriendly staff at this location. I asked Debbie if I could get a breakfast sandwich. Her response was I don’t know if there’s any food back there. Are used to come to the Starbucks. I will never come back again.

I'm leaving three stars today for the service. Nothing worse than being lied to the pictures I'm going to show will explain why. This place is always busy. The coffee is always great. Today's line was busy as usual so I decided to go in. This was my mistake. I thought it would make things go faster. Wrong was wrong going inside. I ordered my Venti, hot peppermint mocha, and one lemon loaf then I had to wait Over 11 minutes just for my lemon loaf. The excuse I was told was there was a printing issue and that's why they couldn't get me my lemon loaf. They gave me my coffee pretty quickly. When I originally asked about my lemon loaf after they gave me my coffee, the barista was pretty dismissive when I asked the second person about my lemon loaf. They kind of said oh I'll look it took the third and fourth person to assist me when they walked over to the drive-through area and then they found it and they told me that it was a printing issue when I got to my car it actually showed that my lemon loaf ticket was printed at 9:53 AM the same time my coffee ticket was printed don't lie to customers , we can read we're not idiots

This is the worst Starbucks location. The employee that helped me with gift cards was very dishonest and loaded a card and slid it to the side to keep for herself. I noticed and said something but she said it was a card from another customer. Luckily, I was paying attention to my receipt and matched the gift cards and one was missing. I went back in and asked about the gift card she slid to the side from the "other customer" and sure enough that was the one that was missing from my receipt. Very dishonest. I cannot believe Starbucks would employ someone like this. I will never be going to this location again.
