I went to this location at around 10:40 am on a Sunday and was greeted with a very unhappy worker sitting in a customer chair. She was on her phone and told me her coworker would help me. I waited there for a while and no one came. Then the woman in the chair sighed, walked in the back, asked me the same question over and over then had her coworker take my order, who asked me the same questions. The food looks iffy, with vegetables everywhere, an unclear countertop, and felt dirty. I won’t be back.

This location has always been terrible and I always drive to a further location to avoid this one but door dash automatically picks the closest location to you. They cover the sandwiches with mayo even when asking for less. They dont put extra veggies when indicated. They forgot my drink but blamed door dash and refused to give me a refund. Another time they gave the wrong flavor monster. They simply dont care about the customer

Not very happy I ordered a Italian footlong sub it’s my favorite I got all way home unfortunately the woman did not make the sub correctly by not putting all the meat on the sub it’s missing the turkey & to make it worse I could barely understand what the woman was saying do to her accent the lettuce did not look fresh as well I will not be returning to this subway every again horrible I mean it’s your job to know what goes on each sub & not cheat your customers out of the food the customers order that’s not right considering the price of everything is extremely expensive now WOW ????

Ordered pre-paid pickup at 8:30 for a 9:30 pickup. Order was confirmed and app even showed ready. Arrived at the location and they didn't have an order. I checked my phone and had an email that the order had been cancelled by someone on restaurant side at 9:17 when I was already on the way to pick up what was supposed to be my lunch. Now I don't have time to get food.

Location is near Chandler Gilbert Community College and car dealerships on Gilbert Rd, north of Santan Freeway. Love the location, not too busy and you know "eat fresh" is what I like! ?

Internet order not available for pick up. Staff initially said I had no order. Showed them my receipt. They then said someone else had picked up the sandwich. Had to have a discussion before the sandwich was prepared. Sandwich was ok . Frustrating visit.
