I'm sure the food is normally fine but after watching the kid ring up my order and then finish my sandwich while wearing the same gloves, I lost my appetite.

Restaurant was clean, food was OK - but I think they left the trainees alone with no help. 2 employees working but they seemed very slow and very confused. Maybe a shift lead or a little training would help.

This is what a roast beef sandwich looks like. One piece of meat, two slices of cheese and the rest veggies. You should call it a veggie sandwich!! :( From one very unhappy customer!! :(

Brody at this Subway has no experience in customer service. Terrible reception and acts lazy in his work. He rather lose a valuable customer than to help out. Place is always dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting. I will never come to this location again!

I walked in on Wednesday afternoon for a sandwich and had the experience of a lifetime. There Brodie was kind and cheerful as ever after his coworker abandoned his post and quit on the job. There was Brodie single handedly manning the ship as the online orders kept ringing in, the line grew longer, the pressure was on and Brodie delivered. To the manager: I don’t know what you’re paying Brodie, but triple it and you’d still be selling him short for the service he provides. Thanks Brodie.

I walked into the store, wanting to try the new outlaw sandwich. There were two employees behind the counter, who appeared to be making an online order. I stood and patiently waited for several minutes. The disappointing part is, I was never acknowledged no one said hi to me they never said it will be just a moment. It was almost as if I was not there. I’ve never done this before, but I decided to walk out. Next-door was a place called Gino’s Pizza. I walked in, and was immediately welcomed by a nice man behind the counter. I ordered the Gino’s famous cheesesteak. It was amazing. Give Ginos your business, if you’re looking for a good cheesesteak.

They where so rude I ordered online and didn't put a time for me to pick it up so I called and she said she wouldn't be able to start it when I asked cause is customers came in. When I went in it took someone 2 minutes to come out cause they where in the back laughing. My food was burnt. Honestly never going back again.

Went there tonight with my kid. The staff was laughing at her and making her have a panic attack!When we got home we opened our order and it was the wrong order. It was for a different customer. When I called back the girl was laughing so hard she could not answer the phone properly.It was the worst experience I ever had and how demeaning the staffers were at 9pm on 8-19-2023Absolutely the worst experience of my life! Very unprofessional!

Dirty store, sandwiches made cold and burnt, we had to take pics of it bc it was so sad! 30 min wait time for online order ahead, 25 min wait. One employee made several subs and rang up several customers before us while the other employee made our 2-1/2 subs. Then he complained and asked if I’ve been there all day, like, he’s had a long day.I knew I shouldn't have gone and now we all know. Subway used to be awesome.

I came here May 01, 2023 at 4:30 PM. The male behind the counter provided miserably poor customer service! The girl was great. The male only asked me one question: "What kind of bread?" From there, he proceeded to make my sandwich the way he wanted me to have it. I was so displeased that I had to reorder, this time using the girl to make my sandwich.
