Went today April 15th 2025 at around 3pm. A new girl was by her self her 2nd day and stated she was doing her training videos and she came out front to use the restroom and her co-worker was gone and never came back. She did amazing by herself stated to every customer that it is her 2nd day and she is still learning but she is doing her best. Everyone was super proud of her as she went as fast as she could by her self not really knowing everything yet.

I just wanted to give this young lady a shout out for being amazing and she deserves a raise for being alone on her 2nd day!

Thanks for being patient with me while I had to run and grab coupons from my car Tim! Staff was kind. Had some stale flat bread. But sandwiches were still pretty good and both staff members made them well and with care.

Great Service at Subway!

I had a fantastic experience at Subway! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. They took the time to listen to my preferences and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. The ingredients were fresh, the bread was soft, and the portions were generous. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable atmosphere for dining in. I appreciated the fast service, even during a busy time. Overall, it was a great visit, and I’ll definitely be returning. Clearly there was a change in this location and it shows. Highly recommend this location for a quick, delicious, and customizable meal!

I ordered online and it said it would be ready by 5 20. 20 minutes later and after everyone else got their food who was in line they started with my sandwich. The kid must have been new because he looked clueless and completely screwed up my sandwich. I’ve been going here for years and this will be the last time. What the hell is this? This was basically the only thing in the sandwich

Terrible bread was stale, they put hardly anything on it so I mainly had stale white bread. When you ask for more ingredients they put one or more on it. It in the Walmart close the subway down and something else there.

Don’t order online. Order took 50 mins to make. After ordering online, it said it’d be ready in 20 mins. I even arrived late and had to wait an additional 20 mins for the sandwiches to be made.

If I could give this a 0 stars I would. Customer service is TERRIBLE. TRISTAN the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I had ordered two sandwiches online and one I forgot to ask for it toasted, so I called multiple times after placing the order (to not receive an answer (no biggie)) so they heated it up but realized they forgot one of the toppings so they added to it! As I mentioned the sandwiches hardly had anything on them they just blew it off like it wasn’t an issue. I called after taking a bite of the sandwiches letting them know how disappointed I was in the sandwiches and he told me multiple times he doesn’t know what to tell me and said I’m the one complaining! At that point I knew this subway will never get my business again! Very disappointed in the customer service I received, and the management they have.

Every time I come here the service is really terrible. All the girls have super long nails and don’t wear gloves let alone wash their hands.This time was very disappointing as I placed an online order at 11:15 am for a 12 pm pick up time.I arrive at noon, and they stated they don’t have my order. (I had the confirmation and my money was taken out of my bank)I showed the lady and she rudely stated she can’t give me a refund, she didn’t even bother asking if she could help me then and there.Save your time and money and go to the one down the street a little further. (:

I have never written a review for a door dash order. NEVER EVER. But this is gonna be the first. We have all used DoorDash time and time again despite the drop in quality and accountability for missed items. Typically when I get subway it is sloppy and falling apart. Today I got our sandwich’s. They were well made. Tightly wrapped to keep it together. Just delicious and happy to see this. Keep it up guys.

Came in got 2 sandwiches 1 was fine 1 had uncooked bacon and when asked to rebook cause ice cold he said it was cooked for sure and wouldn't. Just go to an actual subway not worth the ease of being in walmart.
