Unfortunately, this was the worst sub-sandwich we have ever had. The bread was old and stale and there was very little meat on it. We ordered the spicey steak. When my husband walked in to pick the sandwich up there was no one there but he saw the bag of sandwiches sitting on the counter and just picked it up. Someone did come out of the back when he picked them up.

Horrible customer service tried to get my normal turkey Italiano like I normally do at any subway and this is the first time the worker started to argue with me sating they don't do that anymore. Instead of just making an italian with turkey tried to tell me how I have to pay extra and was being very rude. I have never had issues ordering a sandwich till I came here. Go to litteraly any other subway because here it's either their way or no way at all. Made us pay extra for a sandwich I always get

Ordered online for my staff, drove 15m to the store to pick up order, store cancelled my order when I arrived. I used a online promotion that was emailed to me to place the order. They cancelled our order because of a sign they have posted that says they do not accept coupons. Ended up getting lunch for our staff somewhere else. Will not be going back to Subway.

Do you know what's wrong with Subway? Everything. This particular subway just doesn't do any coupons because they don't feel like it. Ordering a toasted sandwich isn't even warm when sitting down to eat it. You are paying $10 for a "six inch" sub with drink and chips. Honestly I don't understand how places like this are still in business. And just to put the icing on the cake, the lady who was helping me was in the middle of phone call on her personal cell phone wile she was "helping" me. And as I sat down the business phone rang 2 times and she refused to pick it up. Even going so far as to look at the phone wile it was ringing and then not pick it up.

Apparently something had changed the last year at this Subway. Used to be able to count on a good sandwich from a reputable chain food restaurant. The last two visits we had horrible service and the worst sandwiches ever! And these were simple ham and cheese. The guy preparing the sandwiches scrimped on the lettuce, spinach and tomatoes. The entire thing was sad. We have been going to this location for almost four years and suddenly we can’t rely on a decent Subway. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. Maybe they’ll get the idea!
