Ordered a hot Italian stub with double meat and was charged four dollars extra for it. That is not double the meat the flatbread is extremely stale.
If you’re going to ask for a tip you should probably remember to do the literally one thing the customer doesn’t tell you: cut the sandwich in half. Idk whats more pathetic, billion dollar Subway asking their customers to subsidize their employees wages or the minimum wage fast food workers who think they deserve a tip.

Went in to get a quick sub using a subway-specific gift card. There was only one employee working and apparently she’s not trained well enough to use the register and she did not know how to use a gift card. At this point she had already made my sandwich. Instead of just giving me the sandwich that she was throwing away, she just let me leave since she couldn’t figure out how to use the gift card. Don’t go here it’s a total waste of time.
Overall pretty good. Prices are too high. But prices are too high everywhere. Thank you Dems 😎

Do not trust the online coupons at this location. More often than not, you get an error message saying they don't participate. 😡
Order subs online for pickup. Had a pick up time for 6:15PM, was early waited in my car at 6:15 it said my order was ready. Went in and they were still working on my subs, I ordered 2. I walked out at 6:23. My husband also had an online order for 2 subs and didn't get his until 6:30. We get home to eat out subs and 3 of the 4 are all wrong from the bread to the toppings. The only sub they got right was a meatball sub. All the bread was extremely hard.

Ordered online. Got to store on 8940 s power rd and order not ready. They were out of the bread I chose. The toaster was broken. The churro was rock hard. Fortunately, the sandwich turned out ok because I was able to put in toaster oven when I got home. Don’t think I will be going back. Disappointed.

Their least expensive sub is the footlong ham, which is now $11.00. Less than 4 years ago it was $5.00. You have to be out of your mind if you think you can just jack prices 110% and still have a loyal customer base. Inflation is real, 110% inflation on HAM isn’t.
Not to mention, it’s not just your ham but all your other subs are priced ridiculously high.
I’m not going to take my family of six to your location anymore. We’re done with subway.

My daughter went in for an interview with Wyatt. He told her she was hired and he would send over paperwork via email. She didn’t hear from him for a few days so she text him several days in a row with ZERO response. So she called the store several times and finally got through. She asked about the paperwork and Wyatt made up excuses about hiring people then “un-hiring” them due to a large lack of miscommunication between him and his district manager. The one star is for the lack of professionalism Wyatt (and the district manager have) when it comes to hiring employees. These “hired” employees wait for the next step to start work, making an effort of reaching out to stay on top of it because getting this job is important to them, to just have Wyatt gaslight them because he knows he screwed up. This is NOT excellent or even good work ethic for such a title as manager. It takes 2 minutes to text back or call with an explanation of what’s happening. Instead, she was losing other job opportunities because she was told she was hired. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
